I just want to say thank you for taking such good care of my Grizzly Bear.

I suggest that you guys bring back the monthly payment plan. Financially it was helpful vs a whole payment up front. We were gonna get another dog, but this may change our mind.

Great group, politics aside.

I have been coming to you all for many years now and have never had a bad experience. When we had to put down our other dog the compass that was shown to us by all of the staff was amazing. And with our curry dog, Jack, once again you all have been fantastic with him and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had a very pleasant experience at my appointment! I am very happy with how the appointment went. Every person I came in contact with was very informative and welcoming.

Most veterinary service staff and many veterinarians typically refer to the animals brought to the service as pets of the owner(s). My veterinarian of many decades now retiring never referred to my English setter hunting dogs as pets. I resent the term pet when referring to my hunting dogs. These dogs are so much more than simply pets. They are hunting companions with a very important role in a day afield hunting. My recommendation would be to call the dogs of active hunters by the dog s name or when referring to these dogs in a more general way, call them what they are hunting dogs or field companions.

Amber had a little difficulty in getting the receptionist to take Max in. She was not familiar with his history, and was a little stand offish. It was NOT Jeneane, it was the newer one.

I didn t go inside but in the past the office has always been very clean. We wouldn t trust anyone else with our fur babies.
