We love Auburn vet clinic and everything they have done to keep our pets healthy! There is no where else we trust with them. You have excellent and friendly staff that explain what needs to be done and how we can do that at home.

I felt many of the charges I received were unethical: such as being charged for “daily hospitalization” along with “hospitalization with meds”, when I was already paying for every procedure & medication that was involved in the service. I feel it would be appropriate to charge for each service or charge for the blanket term of “hospitalization”, but charging both is like paying double for one service.

I appreciate Dr. Kyle taking the time to explain things to look for and do as this is my first time with a puppy. He was patient, explained things in great detail, and didn t make me feel incompetent as a first-time puppy parent. I m glad I chose to come to Auburn Vet - even though I live out of state. The trips will be well worth it!

I was late because my cat was hiding, but everyone was very understanding.

Dr. Schroeder sutured a barbed wire laceration on my young English setter after my setter had pulled out the original sutures. I was very pleased with being able to schedule the appointment the same day my setter pulled out the original sutures and with the efficient, professional care my setter received. I was also impressed with the follow-up telephone call from Auburn Veterinary Service one week after the appointment. Terry L. Musser
