With only one doctor at the facility I was concerned I would not get seen when my dog was ill. However, they said that they would call me with a cancellation and that is exactly what happened. My dog was seen and the Dr. Kyle was wonderful. I love that he called a few days late to check on Lily! Bless all of you. You are all so sweet.

All medications or not filled and I asked for a diabetes check and that did not happen resulting in an additional appointment to be made

The staff is always ready to help me with anything I need help with. I am not able to walk very good and I know they are always going to be there to see that we get inside and back to the car. None of my pets are scared to come for appts!! Thank you for making these experiences so easy for us.

I very much appreciated being able to drop off the patient when he did not have an appointment. He got sick over the weekend and this was the quickest way to get him checked out. He is on the mend now. Thank you.

Everyone is friendly and courteous. Sometimes we get follow up calls which is nice.

I just want to say thank you for taking such good care of my Grizzly Bear.

I suggest that you guys bring back the monthly payment plan. Financially it was helpful vs a whole payment up front. We were gonna get another dog, but this may change our mind.
