You all were great. The only thing I would like in the future would be a copy of my bill. I asked for it on email but couldn t open the file.

As you know, I was not able to enter the building to judge the cleanliness of it. As usual, Dr Duffy was his usual professional, friendly, courteous, efficient self. The vet tech was very nice & was efficient as well.

Dr. Howard and his team are very special. Welcoming, warm, friendly, and very emphatic for their quadrupled patients. I heartedly recommend this animals hospital!?

My experience here hasn’t been great. I imagine you are understaffed like most businesses which is why I would imagine the communication regarding our dog has been very disappointing. I own a business and empathize with being understaffed. However, after my dog’s treatment is complete we will be transferring care.

Dr Duffy is the best and the staff is very pleasent I am very happy bringing my Red there .

Eastport Animal Hospital staff have always been awesome. Sure, there are vets closer to me, but I love the staff in Eastport

A few of these questions don t go with boarding or grooming. Plus we are still not coming into the facility for inspection or cleanliness. Pre Covid the exam rooms were always clean. So I m assuming they still are.

Keep on doing exactly what you do. I always knew that my dogs are in kind, knowledgeable hands even during difficult times like the one we are going through now with my boy Gryffin beings diagnosed with cancer

I think it is time that the pet owners are permitted to accompany their pets to the appointments, wearing masks. I want to be able to assure my pet that everything is okay and to ask the doctor questions while he is examining my pet.

No improvements as they are all wonderful. We trust them completely with our dog Note some questions to not apply as I was in the car due to covid - not at the front desk.

The girls at the front desk with the exception of Cathy are truly rude and unfriendly most of the time. When you call on the phone and start explaining the reason for your call, they immediately cut you off. And that is not to mention the insanely ridiculous amount of time that they put you on hold. It s horrible how long you have to wait on hold. They also speak down to customers or have condescending tones and remarks. This is not just a one time thing, it s all the time. I also don t like the fact that everytime I ask for a script to be called into my pharmacy, that it takes hours (6 or more) and I get told the same excuse we had several emergencies today . The script situation happened the last 2 or 3 visits. I also hate the fact that I got conflicting information from each vet that I have seen. It seems like no one is on the same page in regards to my pets situation. Dr Johnson was very nice and he and I agreed on a long term plan for my dog in which he said he has seen many pets go on to live long, healthy lives with the route that I chose, which is basically quality of life over quantity. This new Vet I recently saw disagreed with it. She also made me feel uneducated or clueless to my fears and concerns for the treatments she suggested that I told her I learned about from researching them. I am also disgusted that each time I go in, the prices jump astronomically. The office visit goes up $5 every visit. Nail.clipping was $18 over the summer and now it s $24. To be honest, I am probably going to look into another Vet office. I wish Dr.Johnson was still there as he would be the only reason I would stay.
