Always put on hold. Very very hard to get appointments in a timely fashion when I have a concern about my dog. Condescending attitude from a specific front desk staffer. Two times already. I know her voice not her name.

I appreciate being seen so quickly as our dog was very I’ll the staff was wonderful and the vet explained everything she did very well I still find the cost very high

I dislike that the first question they ask is about my credit card on file. I really hate the fact I waited 1/2 hour to get my pet meds and I was told I would be billed. I have no idea the cost and this is unacceptable. Billing should be upfront and and discussed with clients and the cost should be provided before the card is even charged.

The young women who helped us in the exam room was great she did everything she could to help us

To start, the girls that answer the phones are Priceless, they are beyond patient, helpful and so very sweet, I ve spoke to several of the front end girls and they are one of the reasons I continue to go there. Ive seen Dr Duffy and I forgot the other doctors name but they are amazing, answered all my questions and they too are so very patient.

Always professionals and caring

We have been going to this office for years and have always experience such kindness from the staff. That changed on Saturday when I brought in my dog for a Vet Tech appointment. I called the front desk and Denise answered the call. She could not have been more rude and abrupt. I spoke with her twice and the second time she hung up on me mid-sentence after giving me the total for the visit. I am taken back by how I was spoken to. All the years my family has been going it s nothing but positive except for this.

Been coming here since 2008, have 100% faith in how my 3 dogs are treated, Only thing is I asked to have Rockys nails cut & I don t know if they were, My dogs are getting up there in age, and lately it seems they are getting seen for older age problems, which costs some money, but you take care of your dogs better then you do yourself. We love Dr Duffy, as his compassion & caring for our dogs as if they were his dogs, always gives us comfort, and each time we bring them, we brace for- Is this the day we get bad news? and then the ride home is always a happy one.
