I would like to be able to come in with my pet and not have to wait outside.

Dr. Duffy and the staff were beyond amazing. Our female had a liter of puppies and we were concerned with the moms health because she wasn’t eating or drinking. The office had us come right down to be seen and Dr. Duffy was so wonderful with her and us. He explained everything that they were doing and made us feel SO much better. We were not rushed at all even though the office was very busy, dr Duffy still took his time with us.

I really do not like that people are still not allowed in with their pets. As much as I love this place, I feel this interferes with the visit. I like to be present and sometimes things come up during exams that were not mentioned prior. I hope you go back to allowing people inside the building. Otherwise I am going to start looking for another vet. And would miss you all! It is hard to find a good practice and I will never find another Dr. Duffy!!

Excessive wait time on hold EVERY time when calling your office. Do u ever actually just answer your phones or simply put everyone on hold? Excessive wait time to schedule a bath….almost a month and excessive wait time when dropping off and picking up my dog from parking lot.

Due to a 3 week wait time for vaccinations which is completely insane and unavailability for boarding 2 months out . I was forced to take my business to another vet that could provide the care I needed . After being a customer for well over 8 years it was beey disheartening that this is the type of service that was offered to me . I would hate to see what would happen if I had an emergency . The front staff was rude and couldn’t care less. So after being with this office for over 8 years I was forced to change the only dr my dogs have ever known and now they are boarding in a new place with staff they don’t know . I understand everyone is short staffed but that isn’t a reason for poor service and not taking care of your customers Thank you very much

I think the tech I saw was Susan? But if that’s not her name, I apologize. She was amazing anyway. Friendly, thorough and pleasant. And of course, Dr Duffy rocks!

This survey is a little difficult to answer since the office is still not open and all interactions are in completed in the parking lot. With that being said everyone I have contact with always goes the extra mile.

100% of the time when I call I am put on hold. There are times I am on hold for more than 10 minutes. This is my biggest complaint.

A little hard to fill out this questionnaire due to CoVid restrictions. The on,y people I interacted with were the tech ( in the parking lot) and the veterinarian. Everyone was very professional. Dr. Hulzberg was terrific! She explained everything thoroughly and called me o let me know the surgery went well and explained exactly what they had found during the surgery and dental. She also called me to let me know when Gracie was awake post surgery. Very pleased with the care and follow up.

I prefer waiting in the car to waiting in the office.
