Dr Duffy is Awesome he came outside and discussed my dogs check up and was Very Nice!!!!!!

This was our first visit with our new puppy. We were very pleased with the entire visit. Not only with front desk staff who came to our car but with Dr. Duffy who also came to our car. In these crazy times all was handled very professionally.

The entire team are extremely professional, courteous, and just wonderful to be around. They take the time to listen to you regarding your pet, and always have a solution to your pets problems.

I cannot thank you enough for seeing Sonny on such short notice. Your whole staff is incredible and your bedside manner is exceptional (especially for a sick, dog in pain and stressed dog-mom). I will refer you to EVERYONE. Thank you, thank you!!!

I can not even begin to explain how happy I am with you all. This was our first visit and immediately knew I made the right decision with changing over to you all. In 1 visit there is a huge change in my pup, something I have been trying to get resolved with the previous vet for months.

Too often I have to be put on hold when I call to make an appointment or anything else. The wait on hold has been as long as 15 minutes. Sometimes the hold is more than that and I hang up.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor who saw our dog went above and beyond taking a history & offering treatment plans. He even called the next day like he promised with lab results and a long term plan of care. He took his time, was patient, and answered all my questions. My only negative about my appointment, was that I was scheduled for 4:20, i arrived a few mins before. My dog wasn’t even brought in until after 5. I understand offices get behind, but it would’ve been nice if the office called to let me know at some point that they didn’t forget us and would be getting to us soon? Maybe an update of some sort when your schedule is that far behind?

We love all the Drs and staff. Dr Johnson seems to be a favorite with Roxy ??. We miss being able to come in with her, but we understand it’s for everyone and every animals protection. We couldn’t ask for a better group to help guide us through her Senior years. Thank you!!

It is VERY. Difficult to bring my dog here. He doesn’t want to leave me & actually slipped out off is lead twice last time. Thank goodness he ran back to me & my car, not to the train tracks or Main Street. I know covid restrictionsT GT were necessary to keep everyone safe, but I am fully vax & would like to accompany my dog at his visits now There is no longer any reason to stress him out at the vet Thank you ??

Everything is open now. It is time to let pet owners back into your office. It is not possible to ask questions during exam or visit when you are not in the room. It was understandable during the last year but now it is time to resume normal visits.
