I feel that since things are opening up, Pet parents should be able to bring their pets into the office. I honestly am not comfortable handing my puppy off in the parking lot.

Everyone is friendly and professional. My nervous Border Collie is treated kindly at all times. Dr Duffy is down to earth and allows the pet owners to be true advocates for their loved pets.

Every time we get there we are put on hold and have to wait a few minutes before anyone talks to us.Wouldn’t it be simpler to take the dog’s name before telling us to hold?If we didn’t have a appointment I could understand .

I realize the phone system must be busy, but to be asked if this is an emergency and be put on hold almost every time I call seems really unprofessional. I wish your office could work out something better. Once the person comes back on the line, though, the help is always excellent. Not sure why COVID is still the cause of owners not being permitted in with their pets. Others have lifted restrictions. Not sure why masks and stay aways are still being enforced. Is this a state mandate and, if so, it would be helpful to know that in advance. That said, Dr. Howard and Scott were awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Thank you!!!!

Since we re checking in by phone from parking lot, I always say I can hold, it s not an emergency. The past several times we ve called the wait on hold has been several minutes, and once over 7. I know it s very busy and everyone gets individual attention...and the staff is great, but maybe another frond end desk person?

The front desk staff and vet techs are always so nice! We really appreciate all they do with the current COVID rules. It was our first time seeing Dr Johnson and he was also wonderful! He really took his time explaining everything to us. Thank you all!

i would like a note on my dogs charts that when my pet is complete being seen please provide me my bill i keep there visits i pay for in my folder everytime i come i have to ask the vet tech for the bill and documentation of the visit why? Am i the only one asking this if a pet is seen covid and parking lot visits are not a reason to no longer provide the paperwork at the end of the visit all that is done is I am asked which credit card to use but no transparaency in what the charges will be nor a receipt at the end of the visit I am requesting all documentation at the time of the visit because when I have to ask for it from the Tech they say well they can email it to you I prefer to have it in hand when you deliver the dog back to me also because when I have to request it from the vet tech I have waited an extra 1/2 hr to receive it after my pet was already seen. It is a concern that that is not a normal practice when coming in with my pet. Please change this for myself and all customers should have this be a normal process going forward. Thank you.

I had a great experience with you all, the office staff and Dr. Duffy. I am a new client, wasn t sure if it was an emergency or not and you were able to squeeze me in next day, just in case. I m truly thankful as it was a bad situation getting worse. Dr. Duffy saved my girl Rosie s eye from bursting and what could have been much much worse ... had I not gotten in when I did. Rosie is in a lot less pain now and getting better every day. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

I feel that the service here has declined since everything is done in the parking lot, which was totally understandable with COVID. Office staff were much more friendly face to face. I just hope that it will go back to the old way soon since people are getting vaccinated.
