If the procedure is going to be more then the amount stated at the beginning they should clarify by making a phone call to let the parent know.

I’m really not sure if it’s customary to tip the person who brings your dog after the bath. I have never done a bath here before so I am not sure what the whole procedure is and I was very underprepared for the idea of tipping until I left the parking lot and I just want to sincerely apologize to the young man who I think bathed Harvey because he was probably a lot of work. So, I’m really sorry I didn’t offer you a tip but I’ll get you next time.

This was our first time meeting Dr Johnson and he was awesome. Thank you for all of the care given to our babe!

I cannot be more pleased with this facility. They took excellent care of my boy when he had a big scare. Thankfully he is fine. Now with Covid you cannot go indoors, Dr. Hultberg was amazing to come outside and show me my dogs X-rays on her phone an explain everything to me. She is excellent as all the vets are at this facility! All the staff at the desk and the vet techs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this facility and give 5 stars!

Every time I called the receptionist said, please hold there was a medical emergency. I feel like that sentence was too fluid. Just telling us to hold because they are on the phone is enough. They can really be taking away from someone that really needs it.

Please allow us in with our animals...it s been over a year..everything is open now..woth proper precautions, there shouldn t be any reason why we can not accompany our pets into the office.

Even though we live about a half hour away, we wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. We love Eastport Animal Hospital!

Everyone is always great and helpful. I only wish that we could still come in the office and be there with our pets when they are getting an exam.

I’ve been a patron of this team for many years. All my pets have been served here and I have even sent my friends and family to them. There is no place better than this group. Very professional, caring and understanding.

My experience was fine, no issues. This survey is outdated since I never went into the building. The staff did review everything prior to the appointment and the Dr. did come to my car to speak to me and find out if I had any questions.
