This letter is commutation about a distressing experience I had with your frontline/ admin staff. Today March 15 My dog was brought to the vet on Friday March 12 at 1:40 were we saw a new vet For concerns around difficulty with Not being able to hold urination through the night. When I called to check in I asked about when/ if they had any plans to let clients back into the building because I was meeting a new vet and had wanted to go over the history. The response was impatient and agitated. The dog was picked up by vet tech were I went over current concerns and asked for her nails to be cut and anal glands to be expressed. The vet came out and was trying to gather info and make appropriate diagnostic assessment. When the vet tech came back I confirmed her nails and anal glands had been done. The anal glands had not been done so she was taken back into the building. The vet tech came out and explained that around her anal area had been shaved in effort to clean the area. When I got home the anal area was red ( which has never happened before from this process) I just assumed it was because the area had been shaved. Unfortunately the next few days she was scooting excessively and uncomfortable. I thought it would go away and applied Aquafor. When it still did not go away by Fourth day I thought I was a good idea to follow up with vet in case of infection and to get some relief for my pup. I called at 5:16 today and was on hold for eight minutes. I hung up and called back and said I think someone might have forgot about me and got a rude response that” no one forgot about you it is just me and one other person and if you hang up you will be further down the line in getting a response. I started to give Anna concerns and she responded that the vet that treated sky last Friday is gone and I can take a message.” I further explained my concern She aggressively said “ did you call on Saturday and I told her I thought it would get better. then put me on hold and came back with the response “ she spoke with the vet tech and said when the tech brought sky back to me she had no problem was fine. “That doesn’t usually happen from a gland expression” I was not interested in going back and forth with her about fault or blame I just wanted the situation to get rectified and provide relief for my dog. The response was unprofessional and offensive. Then She said I could make a doctors appointment as though I was bringing in my dog for a problem unrelated to her vet visit on Friday. I have only been a client for a few years and have had nothing but exceptional experience with front staff/ vet techs and the veterinarians. I explained that I will be taking my dog to another vet and no attempt was made to ease the situation only escalate more. When I called back and just asked for her name she put me on hold then rudely asked “who is this” I told her it was the person she was just speaking with ali tafeen and she stated you were not talking to me you were talking to Jenny. I have had dogs my whole life and this is the first time I have ever had a negative experience with reception and made the decision to change vets. I will not nor have I ever made a public compliant about an individual or company because that could have harmful impact. You never know what’s going on for the other person/ place. I do not wish to cause any conflict I just was very surprised and disappointed at the lack of compassion and professionalism. Thank you for your time and attention to this concern. The staff is always so friendly. They make me feel very welcomed and always go out of their way to help. Dr. Johnson is my vet and he is by far the greatest I have ever been to. He is extremely knowledgeable in addition to his overwhelming kindness and compassion. After visiting many veterinary practices in the past, none have ever matched the service here. I am grateful for all that you do for me and my pets.

The office, as always, was wonderful. This was an emergency visit and they were able to get me in that day. I already have an annual visit set up and I’m sure we will go over flea and tick and heartworm then. I was there to get her tail checked and that’s what I cared about. Staff is always wonderful with my dog and dr Johnson explained her condition to me and the staff went over medication when she brought it out to me. I always highly recommend them anytime someone asks about a Vet.

I wish there were teeth cleaning/extraction appointments reserved for pets who need treatment right away. Our dog has to wait 3 weeks to have loose/bad teeth pulled. He seems uncomfortable now, I can t imagine how he will be by his appointment. Thank you

My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Howard and Dr. Duffy were great. Went over test results and also arranged to show me how to give the insulin shot. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Dr Duffy is amazing, our dog has been having problems for almost a year. Dr Johnson tried multiple foods and medicines and was unsuccessful for months. Dr Duffy saw my dog and after one visit my dog is Doing so much better already... thank you doctor Duffy!!!

I understand the precautions due to covid but I believe it is time to go back to a more owner and pet centric visit . I waited in my car for 45 minutes before a tech came out to take my pet . Upon receipt of my pet , the doctor did not come out . I was only told that the pet was fine and handed the paperwork. I was very disappointed after bringing my pets there for years . I received very impersonal service and will using a different facility in the future .
