All of the staff and the Vets are terrific!

EAH has been great during COVID. The protocols in place have been followed to the letter.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and interested in our puppy s welfare. Dr Duffy was so kind to cone out to our vehicle twice to explain what was going on and what the diagnosis and recommendations were.. Your office was highly recommended to us by several friends and neighbors, and we re so glad they did!

The only problem I have is one of the main issues I had was diarrhea related to worms for my dog. The diarrhea is continuing and I conveyed that the dog dropped a worm so I am worried that after I did my visit and it is continuing that we should of at least done a deworming

Great staff, Great Dr. Duffy. Dr. Duffy is such a super great Dr. Always make appointments with him for my two dogs and cat.

Dr. Duffy’s visit with my little girl is great I came outside explained everything that I needed the time in his usual congenial way. I am very happy with Dr. Duffy as a person and a vet as well as the entire staff and technicians

Everytime i call the office im on hold for at least 15 minutes usually more.

Would have liked to see the paperwork for the session along with the charges to my credit card.

My cat received excellent care. Being we are in a pandemic when I got to the building I called in to the office, they came out & took my cat in. Afterwards they came out & talk to me about what they did, how he’s doing & we went home. Very safe!!

Can t really answer several of the questions due to Covid restrictions and not being permitted in the office

I was told by the tech that I would be emailed a rabbies certificate and my bill. After 3 days of waiting, I hadn t received anything so I had to call to request it. At the time of billing, the client should be provided with all paperwork.

I have been to your office twice since these new procedures to protect during COVID. I did not get a receipt either time. The phone lines are difficult to get through so I did not want to call again and request one.

Pricing for the dogs medication was high. Would have liked to have a more throughly conversation about different options and costs.

Since the corona virus you have to call to let the front desk know that you re at the facility. It s a great idea, but there should be an option to select 1 to let the front desk know that you are there instead of waiting on hold for 15 minutes just to check in. It just seems a little inconvenient, especially when you have multiple animals with the facility. It sometimes takes up a lot of time

Rocky was bought inside where he was treated as usual with care & love, My only question is my CC was charged, but I really didn t get to talk to Dr Duffy as far as his after care goes, so this doesn t happen again, and I didn t get an itemized bill, if you can e mail me one that would be great. Always happy with how my 3 dogs are treated, I have been coming here since 2008.

They said they would email me my bill and I haven’t received it yet

I was supposed to get a call at the end of the day when my dog would be ready for pickup. Never got the call. I finally called, as I thought there may have been a medical problem. I was told there was a mix up on calling me and an apology was offered. Did not appreciate no call. Also my dog had two serious medical tests, and I requested copies of both tests. Office copied one test twice and passed this off as two tests. In all fairness, the image page was incorrectly duplicated and the second page was different. Very confusing.

The was little availability to the vet that treated my pet. The visit felt rushed and uninformed. I shouldn’t have had to insist on speaking to the Doc on concerns I voiced upon arrival for the appointment. Overall very poor communication...
