I couldn’t be happier with the care my cats receive from this clinic. The staff is very friendly and informative!

At this time it is extremely hard to rate the office and staff. You have to sit in the parking lot because of the pandemic. I love Dr Howard and his staff but the questions are really not valid at this time.

Dr Duffy was great as always. Addressed my concerns and my dog is doing much better thanks to him.

The team was excellent given the current pandemic. Dr, Matt Duffy was excellent with the discussion and comments regarding our new puppy.

During COVID times, while we are unable to go inside with our pets, it may be helpful to have a copy of the bill e-mailed to us at some point. Otherwise, it is hard to be sure how much the charges will be or what they are for. Thanks!

The doctors and staff have made the most of this difficult situation and crated a caring environment adhering to safety guidelines. I was able to get my dog in the same day for an appointment to take care of a nasty eye infection. I was met quickly, my dog was treated, and Dr. Duffy spent plenty of time going over my dog’s condition and treatment. I love Eastport Animal Hospital.

With the procedures for the pandemic, some of these questions are not relevant to the new procedures. e.g. re front desk

I needed to get her in to catch up on her vaccines so we could go away and you were booked solid for 3 weeks. Someone was nice enough to get me in when someone else cancelled which was great. Jesse Gore is a great friend and maybe had something to do with it. Either way I thank you for getting us in on short notice. Jack Sellek

I know this may come as a shock, but Dr Duffy is our favorite veterinarian of all time. He has been awesome every time we see him. Such a warm and gentle “bedside manner” that is far superior to the others. The staff at the front and in the back make us feel as if Jean Luc is loved every time they see him! I can’t say enough good about Eastport Animal Hospital and I thank our friend for turning us on to them.

This was an emergency visit and the staff did their best to get us in as quickly as possible.

Due to COVID we can no longer go inside. Which meant a lot of thee questions do not apply. I was pleased how fast bloodwork came back. Thank you.

I had an appt for my puppy for few weeks now and then needed my other dog to be seen. I was told that she could be seen too however it would be a double appt and I was warned that I would be waiting a long time. This was not the case. Both dogs were seen fast and efficiently. Thank you for all your continued hard work.

Eastport Animal Hospital always goes above and beyond. EAH has the best staff from phone, to check in, to examine to follow up. I’m always at ease once we get to the office regardless of situation, I know the staff cares as much for my fur babies as I do and they use every professional, personal, and caring knowledge/emotion that they have, its like they’re a family you didn’t know you needed.

NOT MUCH TO SAY. THEY HAVE BEEN LIKE FAMILY TO US.. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER ALL THESE YEARS. EXCELLENT DOCTORS AND SUPPORT STAFF. NUFF SAID !! BOB

Time of visit was during Covid. Only thing I did not like was taking your card upfront and the. Charging your card for everything without providing cost before charging the card.

we are new to eastport animal hospital and wellness center as of 6.6.2020. recommended by our adult children as this is where they bring their dogs. and now we bring our beagle puppy, ryleigh mae. couldn’t be more pleased with the entire staff of doctors, techs, front desk staff, and every one who works in the office. anytime i call, no matter what the reason, the staff is courteous, knowlegeable, and friendly. love it!

Although I was upset I couldn’t go into the facility with my puppy, I felt she was in good hands and everyone was so helpful.

Wonderful service and protocols during this difficult time. Really liked being able to communicate online and ask questions. The staff is fabulous as always, Dr Duffy made us feel well cared for,
