Great place! Dr. Howard is wonderful with my big, nervous dog and does a really, nice job explaining any issues to me. He is very patient and personable.

Unfortunately, I did not even speak to Dr. Johnson for my pets annual visit. He also had not received all of his required vaccinations which another appointment needed to be made

My only issue is Buddy’s bloodwork came back abnormal. I missed the phone call; called back and the dr. Went home. The one receptionist said I’d have to wait until next Thursday for the dr to be in to discuss irregular bloodwork?! This is my baby. After pressure, another receptionist called dr And they told me he had lymes over the phone. I could not imagine having to wait a week knowing something was wrong but not what!

This questionnaire is hard to answer as the office is not fully open due to Coronavirus. And we just took our dog for a nail clipping so a lot of the questions don’t apply. We’ve answered all questions positively as our experience has always been terrific through the years.

been dealing with eastport animal hospital for over 10 years very happy with DR. duffy and the crew . my only complaint is it s very pricy.

My dogs nails were supposed to be cut and the front ones are still long as his dew claws.

I was really happy with how everyone is dealing with the current situation we are in. I felt informed, and that even though I couldn’t go inside, I knew my pet was being well taken care of.
