Great vets and great staff

I was so impressed with how everyone was so professional and following all the CDC guidelines. Dr. Howard always goes out of his way to make sure we are comfortable with everything that is being done and even with all this craziness I felt great about everything. Thank you so much to everyone for being so great!

During this time of the pandemic, the Staff at Eastport Animal Hosital were absolutely wonderful. Thank you for taking care of my cat

Given that this visit was at the height of the coronavirus pandemic the staff did a great job maintaining as much normalcy as possible. Information was professionally taken by an assistant without getting out of the car. Then the doctor came out to ascertain what the problem was and to ask additional questions. Next, our dog was taken inside to be evaluated and tests were done. The next day I received a call from the veterinarian with the lab results and information about treatment. Could not have been a better experience given the circumstances and need for social distancing.

Thank you for fitting my Old Lady Lucybell into your already busy schedule. I m impressed at your system. It s incredible how your are handling the patient load and medicine needs of everyone s beloved pets while keeping social distance. Stay well in these crazy times! -Ginger

Hard to answer standard questions....THIS visit was in the middle of the pandemic. I love your vet techs. They did my dog s glucose check outside. Love EAH. 5 stars all around. Stay well!!!

I’m always well taken care of, I feel welcome , especially I have many special needs animals. My questions are thoroughly answered . Even though I have many cats There are many things I do not know about felines. Haha I was always a dog/horse person I grateful for the education. I would just say if I push hard at times, I am my felines advocate ,I speak for them so when I m anxious I want to make sure I have conveyed what their needs are I also believe as Veternarian’s you are very good diagnosticians! Thank you

Under the current issues the appointment was good to excellent

Oreo was seen immediatealy. He is a difficult patient but the staff are very understanding and gentle with him. We apprecite that his nails and ears were taken care of. We appreciate Dr. Duffy and the team that cared for him during his visit. Outside of the vet s office Oreo is very sweet. We appreciate that you understand he is afraid. Thank you and stay safe!

Everyone is Always warm and friendly when I arrive. Any questions or concerns I may have they are always answered.

Dr Johnson was very thorough in his examination and explanations for both our pets. And as always the rest of the staff was awesome.

Should have n/a option I didn’t need vacs or flea & tick meds. Waited a long time because of the emergency but understood only reason I said wait time was inconvenient

The staff was courteous, professional and thorough. The veterinarian appeared to be genuinely concerned about my dog.I was notified the following day,by the veterinarian, of the test results My dog was cured within three days. The charges are what I expected and I was certainly not overcharged for services or medications.
