From start to finish any appointment I have had has always been great. The staff is always very nice and the doctors are great.

We are very comfortable going away on vacation knowing Lili is well taken care of.

Dr. Duffy is perhaps the finest vet I ve ever worked with, and I ve had dogs my entire life. The entire team at this practice is exceptional, and I truly appreciate the love and care they show for my dog Timmy. I recommend your office to everyone I know!

I have been bringing my dog in daily for medication and the front desk staff as well as the hands on staff always greet me with concern and a smile I am so appreciative of Dr Howard’s time and patience and how he has explained my dog’s serious condition with competence and most of all with compassion All of you are the BEST!!!!!

The dr rushed my son and daughter in law out the door and sent them to the Riverhead emergencey vet Instead of running the bloodwork and giving the cat fluids.i has to pay twice an fees one at your office and o e there and they did what she should have five but she said you were closing in five minutes. Unacceptable. She left before my son even paid. She should have done the tight thing no matter what the time. I have been a patient there for years and always have had the best care from Dr. Duffy. You’re going to lose patients if your new staff treats patients like this. I’m very unhappy

Do not appreciate sitting in exam room over a half hour,and then finding out the Doc.was handling an emergency. Should have been told at the outset.

I dropped my dog off for boarding for four nights and paid a lot of money for a private suite. When I picked him up he was absolutely filthy and smelly and looked like a stray dog. He was in desperate need of a thorough bath before he could even walk through my house. Not acceptable and I’m not at all happy with the care or lack thereof my poor dog received while at your facility.

while the front desk did say hello. after that they were not friendly. no explantion just let you stand there while they were doing what they were doing. then someone came to get my pet and me. After I was ready to pay, I waited for our chart but no one said as soon as the chart is here we will be right with you. I kind of figured that out myself. Kathy wasn t there but when she is it is very different. She is always pleasant and explains everything. I love the care and the Doctors but at times the staff makes you feel as though maybe you shouldn t be standing there. I worked with the public for 40 years and we never let our clients feel like they shouldn t be there or were not made to feel comfortable. I do not go for the staff but for the great competent Veterinarins that care for my pets. I have been going since Dr. Howard opened his practice in Eastport and do not ever plan on leaving. I saw the survey and thought this would be a good thing to do in hopes it rectifies itself and other people are not made to feel this way. This does not happen all the time in fact rarely and I am sure they were tired and busy getting ready to close but in my opinion it shouldn t happen at all.

office is great, but I only see Dr Duffy, so sometimes its hard to get an appointment. Other than that, i have no issues.
