My dogs appointment was quick. In and out in 10 mins for her rabies shot. After waiting 30 mins I called the office and was put on hold for another 10 mins waiting for someone to bring me my receipt and her rabies tag.

you guys have the COVID procedure down! seemed like a good system. Dr Howard and Staff are great. friendly and responsive

Our wait time was not long at all during this crazy time. Staff was very professional and courteous.

Everyone was wonderful, caring and compassionate. Maggie was seen quickly and Dr Howard provided a clear summary of the testing and what it showed Thank you all

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Doctor Howard was very thorough in explaining the details of my animal s condition and what I can do to remedy the issues my pet was having. I left feeling fully informed and comforted with the issues I brought to the Doctor. This will certainly be my primary vet for the foreseeable future.

These questions are not relevant in the current situation. Practice is excellent. Recommended you to my neighbor

Procedure different due to pandemic but still very satisfactory and organized.

I understand that there was an euthanasia at the time of my visit & I feel for that family. ?? Our appt was at 2:20, we arrived at 2:15 & called the office. We sat in our car w/a 13 week old puppy crated for over an hour. I called the office back to make sure we weren’t forgotten about. This is when we were told about the other pet. I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know what the delay was, not to just sit there After 11/2 hours someone finally came out to see us & the visit proceeded from there. Overall, this appt took over 2 hours. I understand emergencies arise, there’s no scheduling those, but a little communication would’ve been appreciated.

Dr Duffy and his team are the best . I love him and been coming there for 15 years !!!! Thank you for making it a stress free visit during this pandemic

With this virus going on. The whole staff did an excellent job. Coming out to your car taking time to talk to you outside. Great staff and great job to protect themselves and us. Thank you

It’s hard to answer some of the questions due to the process that has to take place now due to Covid. I will say everyone was very friendly and I was very comfortable with Dr. Duffy. I look forward to seeing the facility some day soon.

I must say that everyone is so helpful, caring and above all professional in every way. We have been coming for nearly 20 years and I have never been disappointed. I am so grateful because of the kindness that is shown by all. Thank you for all that you do especially during this time of crisis. You all are are amazing!
