Best vet office by far!!!!

I want to thank all of the staff for helping my mom, Maureen Stevens, with her dog, Chrissy.Words can never express my appreciation for allowing my mom to come in last minute with Chrissy, for the professionalism in creating a optional treatment plan and estimate by the next morning, for the early phone calls from both the Vets, including Sunday morning, and for the care and comfort you have all shown over the past years in treating so many of our family pets: Meisha, Beatrice, Cody, Denver, Shannon, Patick,Felicia, Cindy, Nat, Tat,Paisly, Chrissy, Ozzy and Reese. The front desk team should be more knowledgeable about heartworm/tick prevention. Although I am knowledgeable about different kinds of prevention, there are many pet owners who are not. The front desk team should be more aware of that and try to explain the different types of prevention better for clients who are not as knowledgeable

Dr Duffy is the best. I come all the way from Mineola to have Dr Duffy check on my pooch, it’s worth the drive. I trust his opinion above my usual vets at Banfield. Thanks Dr Duffy for peace of mind!
