I was here to get a nail trim on Lily. I didn’t go into the office but called on the phone when I arrived. Didn’t get a receipt for services.

I ve been using your office for years, the best version ever, dr Duffy and Dr Howard are amazing, staff has always been lovely and in times of distress amazingly sympathetic. I d never use any other vet

I was able to bring my dog right over on a holiday weekend. Was a great relief.

I was troubled to be told that I should call the Pet ER if my dog needed to see someone when your offices are open. Many times over the decades I have needed to go the ER because it was late or a Sunday. This is always a nightmare, hours of waiting and a shockingly high bill. I understand that this is the trade off for 24/7 emergency care. It would be impossible to run an office without appointments, but if I don’t have an appointment, I’m treated like a stranger? This is not the reason I followed DR Duffy more than 20 years ago.

It is very difficult to get an appointment when a dog is sick or injured. I was once told I had to wait 2 weeks to get in so I went ti an emergency vet and spent twice the amount of money to see a vet that wasn’t familiar with my dog.

After a wonderful introductory appointment, everyone in the office was extremely kind and welcoming. I was very happy with our service and every staff member we encountered. My only complaint would be the billing process. Having a card on file is no big deal, my issue is not knowing what everything is going to cost as I’m walking out. The staff were fantastic about calling and discussing the breakdown of the cost of the visit, but I feel like if I hadn’t asked them to call me first, they wouldn’t have. Other than that, I absolutely would come back and would recommend to friends and family!!

Still waiting for doctor to let me know how the eye pressure test went.

Can t answer many of the questions as you still have customers calling in and sitting in the parking lot like the pandemic is still going on. the public health emergency ended in May of 2023 so why are we still parking lot customers? I never got to talk to the front desk, the girls that came out to get my dog were indeed very helpful however, that is not the front desk. I drive for 45 minutes to come to this establishment as I have known the vets for over 25+ years but this is getting old. Waited on Hold for over 8 minutes just to come and pick up my dog which i find to be unacceptable.

The check in and seeing doctor procedures are great. Check out is confusing and long. I waited in lobby for 15 min after appointment was completed. The male vet tech happened by and asked what I was waiting for with 5 girls at the desk and no clients waiting. I don t know why that happens. I needed the bill amount which I had to ask for and then also made another appointment for my dog for a dentistry appointment. I finally got out with what I needed. Communication could be more forth coming from the front desk. Thank you

It’s a welcoming comfortable setting at what is sometimes, a stressful time…… Dr.’s are all great!

Everyone is always nice and helpful every time I call or go to the office. They put my mind at ease each time there is an urgent visit. The best vets office I have ever gone to.

I only put four stars due to the wait time that day. I do realize though, it was busier than usual.

I would only suggest offering scripts so that I could get medications for my pet cheaper elsewhere only because of my financial situation. I appreciate all you do.
