Love Doctor Duffy!

I have no problems with any of you except the same music when on hold only kidding I am very comfortable bringing my animals there and I think Doctor Howard is great

Every time I have brought my puppy in, they have all been so friendly, kind, and thorough. I really appreciate their patience as I am a new puppy owner and they take time to answer all of my questions. We love going here!

Your entire office exceeds our expectations. They are caring, informative, knowledgeable and professional. I am very satisfied with the care that Tucker receives at Eastport Animal Hospital. I love watching the smiling staff come out to meet with the animals. I noticed something I would like to share with you. In the past, whether it be a vet or a groomer, there are many dogs that do not like to go to the vet. The biggest dogs cry when they go to the vet. The little ones shake like they are on a roller coaster! All of the dogs I ve witnessed go in with your staff with no fuss. Perhaps its because they are being picked up outside the office and they feel comfortable with your staff. Thank you for all that you do to keep Tucker well.

It would be great if you added to the parking lot sign the TEXT phone number. I texted to the office number and didn t notice that the return text came from a different number and there were questions that needed answering in the return messages from the other phone number, that may have delayed my getting seen.

Everyone in the office , drs and staff are loving caring and so friendly.

The smell in the parking lot was overwhelming. When I entered the office for the first time there was feces on the floor and carpet. No one cleaned it up while I was waiting to check in. The visit with the nurse and doctor was wonderful. I will be returning again in the future. I guess I have to get used to the smell.

The vet techs were very sweet and caring to my senior citizen dogs. Also, Dr. Duffy explains what is going on with the dogs. Medicine was given and Dr. Duffy called me to find out how it was working. The professionalism combined with caring is important.

There was no need to go over flea/tick and heartworm prevention since our pup is already on medication for it. And no need to go over blood work since this was a post op visit and had already talked to the doctor prior
