I waited over an hour to be seen. Unacceptable amount of time

As a new client, all the staff and doctor were great with my dog. The doctor listen to my concerns with my dog’s health. We will be returning for the grooming service!

Jesse was I just for a blood drawing so there was no need for them to ask me those questions.

I think when the staff recommend a medicine they should tell you how much it is. I was surprised at the cost of the flea/tick/ and heart meds. Additionally, I was told to hold off on this same medication until they knew the result of the blood work, and I have not heard back as of yet.

Great Staff been going there a long time. We love Dr. Duffy.

Dr. Duffy is spectacular

As always we appreciate the front desk fitting us in for a last minute appointment. We did not see our usual vet at your office because of the urgency appointment and were still happy with how the vet we did see handled the situation and the treatment plan. The vet tech was great too! We appreciate all everyone does here!

Everyone at Eastport is professional and helpful. I love taking my dog there. Dr Howard and Dr Duffy are great too!

I’ve been a client for YEARS but since Covid it has been more difficult to get an appointment in a timely fashion. There has been a turnover in staff and clearly a problem in getting additional help. My last appointment was 3:20 pm but didn’t see the vet until after 4pm. This is completely unacceptable.

Dr Duffy and his staff are always the best.

I absolutely LOVE the front desk staff and Dr Duffy even more. I have been a client and my dogs patients at this office for many years and I have always felt comfortable and confident not only in the care they give my pets but also in the way they treat me as well. Thank You!

Great place

The groomer was awesome. She did exactly what we asked to a fine detail. Courteous and responsive to our needs and recognized she was taking care of a part of our family. Just wonderful!!!!

I and my dog love Dr. Hutlberg, my dog is not easy and she takes her time and is so understanding. She was the first Dr. to solve my dogs paws problem. All the ladies who came into help were super nice.

Front desk girl looked annoyed when I told her I could only leave $50 towards my bill. She made me feel awful. I had discussed this with the office manager. She embarrassed me in front of the other two girls behind the desk.

Known Dr Duffy for more than 20 years wouldn’t go anywhere else

The biggest inconvenience is the early closing (12 noon on Saturday) coupled with the inability to pick up on Sunday for boarding.
