Perhaps you could consider having one day/week that is appointments for cats only. It is stressful enough getting a cat to the office without having to encounter dogs in the waiting area.

I gave one star for my answer to the question “Were you satisfied with the explanation you received regarding billing procedure?” because I was not provided with any exclamation regarding billing procedures or an explanation about my bill on the day of the visit. My vet is Dr. Duffy and he always listens to and addresses all of my concerns no matter how big or small. He has never made me feel dismissed or rushed. Not only does he have a calming and classy bedside manner, but he is cutting edge in his current knowledge of veterinary medicine. He is a terrific and seasoned clinician and diagnostician, and I would follow him anywhere. It is an honor to have him care for my beloved pets.

We’re going through something difficult with our aging dog, and I can’t say enough about how helpful and attentive the entire staff has been. Dr. Gavit has gone above and beyond, helping us understand options and giving us all the time we need for questions. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, a pleasure to work with. And the gentleman who assisted the Dr. In the exam room has a special gift with handling and calming our dog, that can’t be taught. We appreciate everyone there, and we’re so glad we found them.

It has been a great experience coming to eastport vetenary hospital. Love the staff at the front desk and the doctors are wonderful. So caring.

I love this office. EVERYONE is professional, courteous, knowledgable and friendly. I know Dr. Duffy for many years now and prefer to see him when I bring my pets, but have the utmost confidence in Dr. Howard and the doctor I saw the other day (I cannot not remember her name, it began with a G I think!).
