The only thing I was confused on is I was given one price by the vet when he was done with his exam of my cat. But when I went to pay at the front desk it turned out to be over $100.00 more?than I was told.

We love Dr Howard - he always listens and takes whatever time is needed. We feel cared for and never rushed and that is very important. The staff is also always amazingly loving to our dogs which we greatly appreciate. Thank you!!

Wait time was ridiculous. I was seen over an hour after my actual appointment time. Rushed visit due to them running late. No explanation of monthly cost of heart worm meds.

Thoroughly pleased with the hospital and the total staff. All were wonderful, knowledgeable and understanding. Would not go anywhere else in the future.

You all are always professional yet caring and loving at the same time! Our pack loves you all!

My pet and I are always greeted with concern and delight. All my questions are answered and explained by Dr. Duffy and his tech. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

My cat is not the best patient unfortunately. He hisses and growls and can try and bite anyone that gets near his cage when I bring him into the vet. For me it is very sad and I always feel bad for the staff. Dr. Duffy and his assistant (I m sorry I forgot her name, I think it was Jeanine) were absolutely wonderful with Stewie. They managed to get him from in the cage (which was not an easy task) and able to give him a shot and check his heart. I am very happy to be coming to this vet office. The care that Stewie has gotten as well as my parents pets have always been beyond amazing. Everyone here goes above and beyond and explains what is going on in a way that we can all understand. Thank you for always making me feel comfortable bringing Stewie and our other family pets in. I know he always receives the best treatment and help.

What keeps me here is the expert ability of the vets to diagnos my pet of which I have many . Their health depends on early treatments with proper diagnosis I also feel Dr Howard , Dr Duffy and Dr Johnson Really love what they do.. Dr Duffy and staff were fantastic. We are moving our pets to our practice and leaving Floyd Harbor Animal Hospital after 30 years. Thank you for making the decision easy for us.

They managed things very professionally even though it was a stressful environment. Just meaning that there was someone with a feral kitty who was dominating the counter with a lot of questions/and comments. I was very impressed with their ability to balance the situation.

I don’t mind them not mentioning flea and heart worm prevention I already am well aware and it is understandable when u do have a wait in the vets office there could be emergencies or just backed up over all I think this facility is absolutely wonderful I’m impressed best veterinary hospital I’ve been to in my whole life and that’s the gods honest truth! All the staff and vets are friendly and the vets are wonderful explain everything answer all questions and don’t rush u in and out! Give this place 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone with a pet!

Dr. Duffy is the best!!!

Let the owner see an itemized bill before paying so its is clear what the amount asked for is covering. A payment number is given and you just pay. I d like to see a bill first. Check out was smooth a very expedient. That was great.

My pets have been a patient for two years and the front office is so accommodating and prompt. Love the staff!

I know it’s hard to be on time all of the time as emergencies arise, but visiting the vet is stressful for animals. If there is more than a 30 minute anticipated delay, a text or phone call would be appreciated. That way the animals aren’t sitting there stressed out for an extended period of time.

Boarded my two dogs for 3 overnights. I also wanted them bathed at pickup. All was good, they looked great and were happy although I think a pedicure should have been done. See ya soon

I was treated in a timely manner. The office staff are very welcoming. Dr. Duffy is what keeps me coming b ack to this facility. He and his staff make the time seem like a visit not an appointment.
