I made an appointment for pedicures for two dogs. The wait time was very long. I was told that it was because a dog was bleeding in the back but I watched that dog walk in after waiting a while. Someone came to get my dog, but when I said I usually go in, too, the person left and didn’t come back for ten minutes. It took me an hour to get two dogs’ nails trimmed with an appointment.

As always the staff and Dr Duffy were amazing. Thank you for giving our dogs the best care we could ask for!

It would be nice to see the doctor when pets are getting there vaccines. Instead of the tech taking them in the back like a piece of merchandise. I did not like that at all.

They have great staff and drs. Dr Howard spent time with my cat and explained things so I understood. Was great with Foster Grant. Have use them for many years and happy with everything.

Most every item is 5 stars. Happy to recommend to all!

I was put at ease about my pet s issue immediately upon my first call for a consult and then to schedule the procedure. Upon meeting the doctor, techs and staff, I knew my pet would be given the best possible care.

I find the newer vets tend to push now meds than Dr Duffy or Dr Howard. I don t necessarily like to have our dogs on a lot of meds if it s not necessary. Precaution is not necessary. Meds are expensive. We re on a very tight fixed income. Our dogs are our family. We try very hard to make sure they get what the need when they need it. Lately, I ve sacrificed my health needs for our dogs health needs. I also find the newer vets sometimes contradict the senior vets... Sometimes. This meaning, in reference to our dogs care/needs.

I only brought Kobi in to get her anal glands cleaned out! The staff there are always helpful and obliging! Thankyou
