The front desk team is very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our animals.

I requested grooming and when I picked up my German shepard I was unhappy with the result. she was not brushed out and her winter coat was not removed.

When you come in to exchange a soft collar post neuter for a hard collar because the soft collar was too big and the dog almost asphyxiated himself, the upset owner should not have to pay for the replacement collar! Please, be considerate of the dogs wel being and not the bottom line

My animals have been patients of Dr. Duffy for 17 years, he has seen two of my dogs from puppy to the day they past over the rainbow bridge. He always explains diadnosis and treatments thoroughly. We recently added a new puppy to the family and he has been just as patient with all my crazy questions. The girls and techs are amazing I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
