I was extremely satisfied with my first visit with Dr. Gavitt. She is very through, caring and explained care plan perfectly. I was very impressed that she personally called me the next day with test results.

This was the worst appointment I have had in all the years of using this office. It took over an hour and twenty minutes to be seen. After asking about the wait I was told the doctor was tied up with another dog, unfortunately the doctor had no knowledge of this when he came to see us and was surprised to hear this. While sitting in the office a number of fleas jumped on me so I was afraid to put my dog down. After being there for 2 hours the check out had no explanation of the bill, but I was happy to leave. The very next day I received an email that stated you missed us and my dog needed vaccinations, could we have not discussed this while I was there for 2 hours? I am very disappointed for the first time in years and am considering changing vets.

Dr Gavitt was wonderful.... I now have 3 Doctors to choose from...

We have two dogs that are seen at this facility. We have always been satisfied by the service we have received by the staff and doctors. We have never had a problem getting an appointment even if is an emergency.

Dr. Duffy has always been our pet Zack s Vet. We love the way he cares for him......

Dr.Duffey is AWESOME! If he hadn t suggested an x-ray for something unrelated, never would have known Ted has multiple kidney stones and after researching the type of stone, discovered I needed to remove several foods from his diet that I was feeding him on a regular basis! Everyone seems overworked and frantic, especially the front desk. It takes them a while to communicate with clients standing right in front of them. It s a shame there aren t separate areas cats versus dogs, since the space is so loud and when the dogs bark they scare the cats and kittens.

The girl that took our information was very moody and not friendly at all. Then we were called to pick up our dog as soon as we got home because he was too aggressive?! He’s never been aggressive in his life. Maybe he was nervous being there. We came back to pick him up and all the dogs were barking in the kennel area but mine was laying down curled up and when the gate opened he walked over with his tail between his legs. Obviously not treated well and very scared. On top of all this, no doctor came out to see us or let us know what they meant by aggressive. The girl on the phone stayed they couldn’t get his leash off of him. He is a one year old puppy/ lap dog. Anyone that works with dogs should have been able to take care of Dozer and help him feel comfortable. The doctor should have arcane out as well to let us know what happened. Dozer was not himself and very stressed for about 36 hours after he left there. I can’t imagine what happened to him in your care to cause this. This place is very unprofessional. I will definitely not recommend you to our friends in neighbors. I will instead remind them of the treatment Dozer received and that they should stay far away.

This is our third time at the office. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Duffy is a pleasure to have as Apollo s Dr. He always interact with him by playing on floor to build a familiar bond. Thank you for making our visit a pleasure.

Everyone is very professional and friendly, but there s always a bit of a wait to either check in or check out. Especially to check out. Getting the meds, adding up the bill, updating the record, it all takes too much time.

Great vet

As always Kathy at the front desk is the friendliest as soon as you walk in and very helpful. A couple of the girls at the front desk are sometimes unfriendly. I guess it depends on whom they are addressing at the time.

Everyone in the practice is very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Guinness and I are always greeted by name! I love bringing Guinness here for her health needs! DRs. Howard and Duffy are the best! They have a good front staff, too!

It is always a pleasure to visit the office! I can not find any fault with the staff Docs or the physical building. Jeter the wonder dog is not as happy with his visits because when he is there it s because he is sick, hurting, or being kenneled. He likes the staff just not the reason he is there. Thanks so much for the care and attention given to my best friend.

We always feel secure when Dr. Duffy provides care to our animal family members.

Thanks for all that you do for my dog Mia and me. I know that whatever she needs you ll be there for her. Our last visit was an emergency visit as I was concerned with some things which she seemed to be experiencing with her breathing. I called in the morning and you had me bring her right down, we were seen within 15 minutes or so and I was relieved at the results of her being checked over. You ordered some blood work, we left with an antibiotic and Dr. Howard called to follow up with the test results. Mia has had no issue since starting the meds and, fingers crossed, the problem was an infection which the antibiotics will take care of. Thank you for your usual fine work and excellent care.

The vet and assistant took the time to listen to my questions and offer suggestions. I could tell they really wanted to help us with our new kitten.

Love this place, the docs, and staff! Cathy at desk is awesome, nothing but good things to say about Dr. Duffy and although didn’t see him on this visit we were very happy with Dr. Howard’s expertise and handling of our aging chihuahua. You guys are great keep it up... xoxo from the Hill family especially muffin!
