Dr. Howard and your amazing team really have the golden hearts!! I was soo nervous coming in with my St. bernard thinking the worst, but hands down to Dr Howard who put MUCH ease to my panic and listened to my babble , who then took the up most care of my boy!! I AM SOOO GRATEFUL FOR YOU ALL

The groomer did such a fantastic job on Harvey. He is a challenge to brush because of his age and the volume of undercoat he has. Even washing him is so difficult here at home. I cannot appreciate enough just how handsome he looks and how different he feels from all the excess hair removal. I also appreciate how kind and empathetic she was towards Harvey. Thank you so much!

Not sure most of these questions are applicable during the COVID-19 precautions Eastport is taking to keep everyone safe. Since most of the time a specialist comes out to the car and brings the dog in to be vaccinated or examined unless I asked specifically to see my vet. Which is always accessible to me if I feel it necessary. The entire staff from the desk people to Scott and the assistance in the back are always caring and pleasant, and appeared to really love the animals

I am a big fan of the place, and in particular Dr. Duffy ;) While I like not having barking dogs in a waiting room when I am there with my cats, I do still like the connection of talking to other pet owners in the waiting room. I would prefer it to be a choice of whether or not pet owners want to wait in the waiting room or their cars. Other than that, and a bit of a wait to be seen, it is five stars all around!

Two days ago we had an appointment, and when I was done I asked for a receipt. I was told it would be emailed to me. Want to read the doctor s notes and I am still waiting for the email.
