We had some blood tests done over the weekend. The office said a couple of days to share the results. I am hoping no news is good news? It is now Friday and I am afraid to call, thinking the worst. We love our Dr. Duffy so we are hoping for the best.

Get tech seemed frightened of my dog which made my dog more anxious getting nails clipped. I was not as satisfied as in the past.

I would really like to come inside someday with my dog. I’ve never been in the office once since my dog has been alive.

Very thankful for this office even with staffing shortages. Dr. Howard helped me understand my dogs issues and efficiently treated him.

My animals have been patients at Eastport Animal Hospital for a very long time. I am always very pleased with the drs and all the staff. They are professional, caring and I feel my animals are well cared for. The drs explain things well and have been there for me when it’s time for my beloved animal to pass over the Rainbow Bridge.

Tech Scott is wonderful. He treats Neelix like his own dog. He’s so pleasant and patient. Dr Duffy is the absolute nicest, caring, sincere, thorough and so patient with us and Neelix. Even when he’s so busy. He always takes time. Best!

We made a mistake and came on the wrong day but Dr. Duffy was fabulous and squeezed us in so it wasn t a wasted trip. He s great!!

Do miss being able to be present while the pet is examined. Leads to more effective feedback. I understand covid restrictions; but even MD s are allowing masked, innoculated family memebrs now.

My dog is very anxious when she arrives at your office. She is not anxious when she goes to Petco and Petsmart for baths. Any thoughts?

I have to say this is the first time that I was truly disappointed in the service at the vet. I made sure to arrive promptly at 8am to drop off my pet. There were no other patients in the parking lot but I was proceeded to put on hold for approximately 5 minutes. Then I was told I would habe to wait further for Pickles to be accepted for his bath. Again there were no other patients at the facility at this time. Thankfully somebody did come out pretty quick to take Pickles or else I would have been even later to work. Pick up was even more of a disaster. My mom proceeded to pick up Pickles for me. She was put on hold for over i minutes without any check in. She went in to complain and was told that the office was understaffed. While I can understand that it is just an excuse and should not be shared with the customer. After she went into the office it took a further 10 minutes for Pickles to finally come out. Pickles has always been well taken care of at the vet, but recent visits have been very time consuming for simple visits.

It would be nice if they printed out a receipt for you in the office like they used to do so you know how much you’re being charged. Also why couldn’t I get an estimate for spaying while I was there. Why do they have to call me with a date and estimate?
