General Anesthesia patients should have priority and operated on early so the critical recovery time is spent being observed by The operAting team. Very unhappy in this aspect of your practice.Very unhappy

The girl who helped me told me my cat was due for a physical. I explained to her that she had a physical at Southampton animal shelter. I also told her that last time I was here I had brought the paperwork stating she had a physical exam. She was insistent that you do not have that paperwork on file and that my cat had to have her examination done in your office as per Dr. Howard even though she just had the same exact examination done. When I said that made no sense because she just had a physical I was then told well then maybe next time you should go to Southampton. This isn t the first time I ve had an issue like this. Last year a very tech insisted my cats rabies vaccine was expired , when it was not. I showed her the paperwork stating it was not expired.

I want to thank the help I received concerning my cat Merlin’s health issue. I felt that Eastport animal hospital went above and beyond. I feel like the staff generally care for clients pets and do everything they can to make sure peoples loved ones are taken care of.

I think charging for disposal of needles used for vaccines outrageous

Would be nice if providers do you know a little less pushing regarding flea prevention purchases I personally felt a little cornered other than that everything is OK

Vets and technicians and front office staff are always friendly and helpful.

I called for an appointment for my dogs painful ear infection. I was told she would have to wait ten days to see a doctor. When I complained that we had been patients for ten years and she was in pain….they got her in in four days. Totally unacceptable.
