I was impressed with how the staff are handling the COVID restrictions. Thank you so much! The only negative was for the wait time as we were outside for 25 minutes. Also huge kudos to Shannon on the phone who explained everything to me prior to the appointment and to Kim (the dog whisperer) who handled our willful dog!

The Dr. who saw Dewey was fantastic. She truly allowed me to ask a lot of questions and didn t make me feel like I was being pushed out so she could get back to the office. She gave me fantastic new information on dental which I have added to all our pets. I did not go into the office due to Covid-19.
