We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our appointment due to an internal miscommunication. Perhaps new staff, but the process was a little confusing. I was not explained the bill. I think that should be done every time. To me it shows you stand behind your fees and are able to explain them (confident and proactive), versus hoping we will not ask about them (confrontational).

The only suggestion would be to ensure staff at the desk ensure we are fit in if our pet is ill whether an appointment or not. I could be wrong but it seemed I was told only one appointment open which made me nervous I would not make it. If the animal is ill and you need to be seen confidence in this needs to be relayed on the first contact on the phone.....otherwise 5 for all!

There have been times I have been slightly unhappy with the service from the receptionist staff. Wrong kind of food being ordered, being unable to tell me prices on the foods on the shelf by the desk without taking several minutes to look it up. And sometimes we just seem to have miscommunications that end up costing us time or once having to make multiple transactions because things were forgotten on the bill. They are very nice But it would be great if a little more attention was being paid to detail.

Would love an estimate of how long the appointment will be when it s booked online. Like an estimation of how long a standard wellness appointment would last, with a caveat that things could go longer if there s delays or whatever. Just good to know for building it into my day, especially as a first time pet owner and first time visitor to your location.

This survey automatically gives 5 stars. It is not intuitive that you can deselect for a lower rating. I wanted to give all 5 stars but almost didn t submit because I thought it was a site glitch. So survey isn t ideal but vet care is 5 stars :)

Dr O Toole is always great. This time I was really impressed also with the technician who was assisting him. She really knew how to keep my anxious cat under control so that Dr O Toole could do a proper examination of him. Definitely a great visit.

Thank you for seeing moka the morning I brought her in and quickly giving us an appointment time. She was swollen and in pain and needed treatment. After being home and with her meds and rest she is doing much better.

I was able to get a weekend appointment with only one day s notice, which I appreciated. The reception staff and Dr. Serena were very kind and friendly and provided lots of information. Excellent all around.
