My wife and I were absolutely shocked at the cost of the bill. There was no explanation or guideline provided to us through the process. The cost of the worming/flea treatment was never relayed to us and at $183 there is no way we would have gone with it when there is an alternative at pet stores available. We are not in a position to continue these high cost treatments and will have to seek alternatives. We just would have liked a breakdown of cost before the procedure is completed so that we can make informed choices. Our pet is everything to us but an $800 bill for eye drops and flea treatment is insane.

Staff is very friendly and the quality of care for my cat is excellent. Please extend your business hours to include at least one evening or one saturday a month. It is very difficult to arrange appointments or to come by just to pick up food or medicine when i must also be at work from 9-5.

Thanks to all the staff at the Bloor West Village Animal Hospital! I have been taking my 2 cats to the clinic for their nail trim for the last 7 1/2 years and they are so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend taking your kitty here for a nail trim. They are fast and do a great job ??

This was our first visit to the animal hospital and our first puppy. The staff and vet were actually really great they took the time to answer all of our questions and were very friendly throughout. Everything was organized very well and they kept in contact with us the whole time. Our puppy seemed to really like the front end staff too!
