We were seen quickly using Covid protocols. We are happy with the service and feel the hospital is focused on Boo s well-being.

It was our first visit with our kitten. The vet was good at explaining the wellness check over the phone and suggested some additional things. He spoke a bit fast, so it was hard to catch everything he said, but I got most of it. Our kitten was anxious and a bit difficult I think, which I think would’ve been helped if I’d been able to attend the appointment with her. I understand the covid rules and respect those, but it was tough just handing her over and not being able to go in.

There is a lot to process over the phone, the experience is not great. It was a lot to take in and I was not able to meet the vet which is very disappointing. If we are both double vaccinated, wearing masks and not experiencing any symptoms, I don t understand why we cannot meet in person.

I’ve always been happy with this clinic and the vets/techs therein. We have had a successful surgery performed here on one of our dogs and the care/follow-up was excellent. All of their other services have always been exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BWVAH.

Dr. O’Toole and his staff were courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions about my dog re: preparation for neutering and about the upcoming surgery. He took time to answer all my questions. I’m grateful that they were able to give us an appointment so quickly. I’d definitely recommend this veterinary clinic!

I’m hoping that we will soon be able to accompany our pets Into the examining room. Also, I did not request a geriatric assessment, I was not advised in advance that it was being done, and was blindsided by the high fee.
