There is a lot to process over the phone, the experience is not great. It was a lot to take in and I was not able to meet the vet which is very disappointing. If we are both double vaccinated, wearing masks and not experiencing any symptoms, I don t understand why we cannot meet in person.

I’m hoping that we will soon be able to accompany our pets Into the examining room. Also, I did not request a geriatric assessment, I was not advised in advance that it was being done, and was blindsided by the high fee.

Everything excellent, not sure if this was working

I’m not sure if the stars on your survey “work”, but they don’t seem to do anything when I tap on them. Regardless, I give you 5 stars all the way. I was particularly pleased this year that I was told NOT to start the Simparica until AFTER the blood test results— which of course is the whole reason for the test. Last year, I was told by the reception staff (NOT an RVT) I could start the meds right away. I knew that was incorrect. That would have, of course, made the test useless. And, I gather, if the test were positive, giving the meds right away could have caused illness in Carlee. At any rate, I’m glad that information “glitch” has been fixed. All-in-all, as ever, Carlee and I were treated in an extraordinary manner. Thank you, BWVAH team!
