I was surprised at the availability of the staff. I was asking for a specific provider and I was able to get in same day. Dr Monroe is an amazing person and I know any cat in her care is getting the best.

It was great. The wait time was a lot longer than normal; however, there was an emergency, which I fully understand. I would expect the same if it were my dog. Absolutely recommend River Trail.

Dog grooming appt. Requested anal expression. Only suggestion is when I call, I’m sent to a central operator at the Riverside location. I would prefer since my vet/groomer are at Bixby that I could call and talk to them directly.

River Trails is the only veterinarian I would use I have used Dr Holley more than 20 years if you want a group of people who are caring for your animals needs please do not hesitate to contact them at either location!! They are the best

Sarah is the absolute best groomer!!! Our dogs are large and difficult to groom but she makes it look easy because they are groomed perfectly time after time. And, the veterinarians who take care of our dogs are some of the best we have ever used. This is an amazing veterinarian clinic for your pets. Highly recommend!!!!

Dr Glen was so awesome with my dog Koda, as well as the staff. He s a male responsive dog but Dr Glen was so cool under pressure that Koda eventually started to relax around him. I can t express my gratitude enough at getting this overly worried pet owner in on such short notice. Between my experience last year with my cat Maggie and recent experience with my dog Koda y all have definitely got my business and appreciation for life!

I waited for 15min after my appointment time and finally asked to at least be placed into a room. It was almost 30min after my appointment time that I was actually seen. I love our vet but it is hard to stomach a $240 best care charge for less than 5-8 min of interaction. We were just in for yearly shots that cost another $100 plus. That process took forever as well. All in all we were there for 2hours but spent maybe 5-8 min with the vet. The room and the lobby did not smell good and based on all the pet hair that was not my own I assume it hadn t been cleaned that well. I was just disappointed all around. I feel like it used to be more efficient and clean.
