We love our groomer!

Everyone was very professional and helpful. I felt very comfortable with the care my older dog received and was very impressed with Dr. Copeland.

I waited for 15min after my appointment time and finally asked to at least be placed into a room. It was almost 30min after my appointment time that I was actually seen. I love our vet but it is hard to stomach a $240 best care charge for less than 5-8 min of interaction. We were just in for yearly shots that cost another $100 plus. That process took forever as well. All in all we were there for 2hours but spent maybe 5-8 min with the vet. The room and the lobby did not smell good and based on all the pet hair that was not my own I assume it hadn t been cleaned that well. I was just disappointed all around. I feel like it used to be more efficient and clean.

Great Service!

Everyone is always so very nice. We are especially impressed with the young lady at the reception desk who has red hair. Always such a happy and delightful lady.

We had a very disappointing experience with our recent service. I asked for a manager to call me about it and no one has called.

I would definitely give 5 stars to all of the above listed categories. River Trail is, by far, the best!! I wouldn t trust any place else with my dog.

Never remembered costing so much for a procedure with any of my other six dogs of the same breed. Just out of courtesy I checked other clinics in the area. Twenty dollars was the most common price. Just a little costly for a five minute procedure in your shop. I guess I will ask prior to services rendered. Thanks for asking Chip

The office staff are very courteous and efficient. Her groomer does an excellent job with Katie. I am happy to have found River Trails!

Our recent appointment was for grooming. Sarah does a great job with our dog. She schedules our next appointment six weeks out, which is nice to have a spot. However, It would be helpful if that date was sent to me immediately instead of three days before the appointment. That way I can call to reschedule as soon as I have a conflict (or schedule around grooming). Thank you.

Dr. Monroe was very thorough with Becky and answered all my questions. Dr. Roberts is our usual vet, but having Dr. Monroe was a definite pleasure and I can’t thank her enough for the care and diagnosis she gave Becky.

We have been coming there for around 9 plus years now and we love all the doctors we have seen. Our experience this time was great. Everyone was super nice!

We’re treated like family members at Rivertrail. Staff caring, compassionate…and also very professional and competent. We are so grateful to find a place where we can completely trust that our two puppies will get the best of care. The vets and all the staff treat pets as if they were their own, with love and affection. I wish I knew a clinic/hospital for humans that is as devoted to care for their clients as Rivertrails is about theirs. I think vets in general are caring people, but even within this population, the people at Rivertrails are outstanding.

Dr. George and his staff were fabulous! My dogs receive the best treatment and care at RiverTrail. I am so thankful for the staff and services provided.
