Drop off and pick up for Doggie Daycare is quite slow. I wonder if there is a way to help speed up the process?

Had to wait 30 minutes past appointment time to be seen and vet spent very minimal time examining my dog for her best care checkup.

Jeter cane in to see Charlotte, he s been going to Charlotte for about 6 years I think, and I want to express what a gem she is. Since Charlotte grooming him he never saw anyone else until we moved almost 2 hours away in 2021. Even living so far away, we still try for him to be groomed by her. He does see someone else as well now, but do everything we can to see her as often as possible because she really is the best.

I’ve never had a more knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian that cares as much as you do for your family members. Dr. Roberts is the best! And his staff is always understanding and go above and beyond for their patients.

The last few times we have been in for a procedure, it was hard to get an answer about how to follow up with care, meds, etc. It seemed like there wasn t good communication between the vet, staff, and front desk. If I hadn t brought up questions about the original treatment plan, I wouldn t have received the correct meds and directions for post treatment care. We have been a long time patient with our dogs, but I feel like over the past year, the care we have received has declined.

Our pets have come here for years and we would go nowhere else. Dr. Hooley is wonderful. I always feel that all necessary testing and exams are completed without doing more than is required. Dr. Hooley called with results after testing was completed. This time we did not receive an itemized bill even though one was requested. We retain these for details of dates of services, shots received and next requirements. Overall though, I am extremely satisfied with services received.

Christine has such a heart for her clients that it makes the whole grooming day fun and enjoyable.
