We’re treated like family members at Rivertrail. Staff caring, compassionate…and also very professional and competent. We are so grateful to find a place where we can completely trust that our two puppies will get the best of care. The vets and all the staff treat pets as if they were their own, with love and affection. I wish I knew a clinic/hospital for humans that is as devoted to care for their clients as Rivertrails is about theirs. I think vets in general are caring people, but even within this population, the people at Rivertrails are outstanding.

Dr. George and his staff were fabulous! My dogs receive the best treatment and care at RiverTrail. I am so thankful for the staff and services provided.

We only moved to the area a year ago and have taken our dog here a couple of times. Easy to get an appointment, friendly staff, and great bedside manner. Would recommend!

Always friendly staff. Wait tomes can sometimes be long when waiting for boarding but this wait to see the provider was not. I would have been ok tonpay for the visit but since we more than probably picked up kennel cough from boarding it was covered. I liked seeing the front desk staff disinfecting where we walked directly into the waiting room bc of the contagious kennel cough and the call-in arrival procedures bc of KC.

Drop off and pick up for Doggie Daycare is quite slow. I wonder if there is a way to help speed up the process?

Had to wait 30 minutes past appointment time to be seen and vet spent very minimal time examining my dog for her best care checkup.

Jeter cane in to see Charlotte, he s been going to Charlotte for about 6 years I think, and I want to express what a gem she is. Since Charlotte grooming him he never saw anyone else until we moved almost 2 hours away in 2021. Even living so far away, we still try for him to be groomed by her. He does see someone else as well now, but do everything we can to see her as often as possible because she really is the best.

I’ve never had a more knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian that cares as much as you do for your family members. Dr. Roberts is the best! And his staff is always understanding and go above and beyond for their patients.
