I did not go in the hospital because your employees do not wear masks or don’t wear them properly if there are no clients in the lobby. I have observed this repeatedly over the last few months while sitting in my car waiting for food pick up, grooming drop off, dropping off for daycare. The pick up after boarding for one night was very disorganized. I am very disappointed in how steeply and quickly your prices have gone up.

Don’t like being forced to pay a package amount for things that weren’t necessary for routine care.

The reception staff could be more tactful and less abrasive. Being short and I’ll tempered is frustrating to deal with. Especially regarding a climate in which businesses are failing left and right and online presence can change real quick. Just a word of advice.

Great appointment with Dr. Hooley. Impressed with the time and attention he took in meeting Jax and Baker (and myself) for the first time. We will be bringing the boys to see him for their yearly checkups. Thanks again!

We love our vet and the staff members who work along side her. Sometimes the staff members who work the front desk come off a little abrasive - I m sure it s unintentional. Also, there have been times when the front desk has insisted on care for my pet which has conflicted with what my vet has told me. Otherwise, we love you all at River Trail!! Dr. Meredith and staff has always taken great care of my pets!! Thank you so much!

The girl that checked me in didn t seem to be in a good mood or not a people person. It felt like I was bothering her. However, the tech that helped us in the exam room was AMAZING! She is super friendly and caring. I appreciate her remembering my dog and treating us like friends rather than patients.

I believe a return visit should not be charged. If Im suppose to pay then that needs to be told to me before I bring Coco back. Notes should be put down where every one in office can see.. Thank you

Dr. Monroe is an angel on Earth. I am blown away by her heart, intelligence, compassion, care, and brilliance towards feline medicine. She goes above and beyond and I have never trusted a Vet more. I confident that my cats are in the very best hands. Cheyenne, my other cats you haven t even seen yet, and I thank you Dr. Monroe!

We walked out paying $220 for meds we found online for a fraction of the cost. Ouch and next time we ll get the prescription & go elsewhere for the meds. #racket

As always Dr Meredith and her team were very helpful and efficient. I recommend River Trail to anyone who asks about a vet in the area.
