Our 6 month supply of one of the medications was only 4 months when we got home. It was taken care of easily but it begs the question why they were missing as the box was not sealed which is what I would expect. But handled quickly and easily so not a huge deal.

When I called to make the appointment, the lady on the phone wasn’t friendly. She answers the phone like “ughhh Rivertrail animal hospital”. She also seemed annoyed when I was trying to find an appointment time that fit best with my schedule. Other than that one occurrence, I love this clinic! Everyone is so helpful and kind!

I did not go in the hospital because your employees do not wear masks or don’t wear them properly if there are no clients in the lobby. I have observed this repeatedly over the last few months while sitting in my car waiting for food pick up, grooming drop off, dropping off for daycare. The pick up after boarding for one night was very disorganized. I am very disappointed in how steeply and quickly your prices have gone up.

Don’t like being forced to pay a package amount for things that weren’t necessary for routine care.

The reception staff could be more tactful and less abrasive. Being short and I’ll tempered is frustrating to deal with. Especially regarding a climate in which businesses are failing left and right and online presence can change real quick. Just a word of advice.

Great appointment with Dr. Hooley. Impressed with the time and attention he took in meeting Jax and Baker (and myself) for the first time. We will be bringing the boys to see him for their yearly checkups. Thanks again!
