We love our vet and the staff members who work along side her. Sometimes the staff members who work the front desk come off a little abrasive - I m sure it s unintentional. Also, there have been times when the front desk has insisted on care for my pet which has conflicted with what my vet has told me. Otherwise, we love you all at River Trail!! Dr. Meredith and staff has always taken great care of my pets!! Thank you so much!

The girl that checked me in didn t seem to be in a good mood or not a people person. It felt like I was bothering her. However, the tech that helped us in the exam room was AMAZING! She is super friendly and caring. I appreciate her remembering my dog and treating us like friends rather than patients.

We walked out paying $220 for meds we found online for a fraction of the cost. Ouch and next time we ll get the prescription & go elsewhere for the meds. #racket

I have been a loyal River trails customer for 12-13 years. It has always been a great practice. They also have been wonderful during covid to help with my costs.

Dr Meredith has been my pets veterinarian for 10+ years. We love her, but have seen a couple other vets when necessary, was really pleased with them too.
