We love Dr. Angela Merideth and have been going to River Trail for years. Our dogs get the best treatment from their remarkable staff. I highly recommend River Trail for the best in animal care.

I don’t like the high pressure to use Hills PD. The price of a wellness check is almost double that of area vets. As much as I like Dr & staff, I may look for another vet.

takes a long time when dropping off or picking up. My dogs came out to go home w/the office leash tied and knotted to the collar - apparently the staff have not been trained in how to apply leashes

It was a new puppy visit and I felt very good about all the information given to us regarding healthy diet vaccination schedules and generally best lifestyle for a healthy future for our new dog. Of course we will continue all future care through River Trails and Dr Hooley.

We started bringing our Chloe to Dr.Roberts several years ago when she started having seizures and his calm nature and affection for pets is felt immediately.Dr.Roberts and Dr.Hooley have been our beloved pets doctors for a very long time.we have also been to other dr.’s there and have been very satisfied with all of them.we also have both of our pets groomed there and they are always happy and smell much better.They work as a team and we also buy all of our supplies there.thank you so much??????

I felt that you took advantage of the situation by conducting unnecessary expensive tests. They were not Justified on an 18 year old dog whose life expectancy is no more than a year and it was brought in with diarrhea.

Any way you can talk Dr. Heinz into coming back? I’ve been with your clinic since near the time of opening. While most of your vets are well trained and knowledgeable, Dr. Heinz had the most compassion and empathy of any of the doctors. She was down to earth and communicated very effectively. While my kids are still being treated by knowledgeable vets, and I receive the information/treatment from them, I really miss the depth of compassion Dr. Heinz possesses.

My dog thinks Katie Hooley is the best! Woof.

They all did fine my only complaint would be that the three women at front desk stood talking about a restaurant one of them had been to before I was taken care of. Think personal chat should be in the back away from public.
