Overall I was, and am, happy with the care my fur babies receive at Rivertrail. Dr. Copeland is patient and knowledgeable, and she always explains everything clearly. The only recommendation, and I’ve already discussed this with Dr. Copeland, is that the staff should all be wearing masks. At present most of the techs, meanwhile Tulsa Covid cases are spiking and we are primed to be the new epicenter for the country in cases. We no longer meet the requirements for reopening, according to OU Medical Center, so we’re all going to have to hunker down harder or there is going to be another shutdown in our future.

I m not sure how to say this but her vagina and butt area is always still kinda yucky when I pick her up. She is an old dog and cant get down there very well. I pay for someone to ensure she is cleaned properly and that includes that area...

This was an emergency situation and everyone was absolutely wonderful!!! Can’t thank you all enough!

I was stunned by how I didn t ask too many questions. I usually do. I just want to help my dog feel good again. He seems to be better today, he has gone out to urinate,it was yellow for the first time in days!

So thankful for Dr. Monroe and Ashley! They handle my aggressive and complicated cat, and me, with so much patience and compassion.

I feel like my Rocco and Bella always receive good care and Kristine does good job with their grooming! My only complaint — when I bring them in at 8 and I get a call 7 hrs later to pick them up from grooming!

I appreciated the careful safety procedures put in place during the Covid 19 crisis. While the doctor and vet techs provided detailed information on my pet s condition, it would be helpful in future to be emailed a synopsis of my pet s test results and diagnosis.

Under these dreadful conditions, the River Trail team worked well. I was skeptical when I first arrived but staff worked as if our vehicles were the office and I was able to speak to everyone necessary. In hindsight, I think the less movement of my cat may have been a more calm experience than normal for him, and I was the panicky one.

To the question #1 It is easy to be seen if you will take just any vet they have. I have only 1 vet. I have had that vet for over 25 years. It is not easy by any means to get to see the vet of my choice. #2. There is always a longer waiting time than most places. To me, my vet is worth the wait. My vet takes time with his patients and he also takes the time I need with me. You just prepare for it and know it will happen. To me, my vet is worth the wait. Yes, my vet is that good and cares.
