I got rylee right in and the doctor called me after her surgery explaining how everything went. It didn’t feel like a rushed phone call, he took his time and gave me details and suggestions for her recovery. Awesome experience !

We are regulars and like your place. But the Doctor Did a X-ray and needle biopsy and they Weren’t Conclusive from what we heard but the only way to find is to sedate him again and cut a piece Out. Why didn’t you do that the first Time now it double and he has To go thru again we at Lost what to do

My only concern is the cost. Seems to be alittle higher priced than other vets.

Excellent service & help with the animals. Dr. Hooley, as usual, was friendly, and completely professional handling my two cats and their health issues. I am grateful that I feel confident and comfortable when I leave my pets for boarding or simply keeping an appointment because I know that they will absolutely receive the very best care. We brought 2 dogs on 2 different days. They saw different vets. They were drop off with baths, exam, etc. The first dog, the vet called and gave us a report on how she was doing. The next day the second dog didn t get a call or explanation from the vet. When we drop off our pets, I would like to know more.

I think you guys are the best and the only vet we tell and send our customers too.

This was probably the quickest that the staff got me into the exam room. Dr. Hooley is always great. One suggestion would be if the front desk people could help move the clients with dogs away from the front door, especially those out of control, that would help those of us with slightly reactive dogs come in.

Don’t make people wait in the lobby with their animals. I had 2 dogs with me and was left in the lobby for 15 minutes.

Great Vets and facility!

This is my favorite veterinary clinic. You are always well staffed and accommodating if I am early Or late. I have never had to wait too long to see a dr. I am used to waiting up to an hour for other drs. Drs Hooley and Heinz have been very attentive to our pet issues with prompt return calls. I feel like they really care about my family.

As usual, Charlotte did a wonderful job on Sam.Sam is very hesitant and Charlotte is so patient with her. I love everything about your clinic.
