Dr. Monroe is Boo s dr and he she found some abnormalities when she did his yearly checkup. She has been wonderful in searching for his problem and has kept me informed all the way. She is wonderful with him and I am so impressed with the way she always promptly returns my calls, even during surgery to keep me informed. I wouldn t want anyone else to take care of my baby.

Dr Meridith is always professional, personable and provides me with information needed to understand what my pet needs. I am very happy with her and the services received at RiverTrail.

I tried to mark Excellent on all questions except on question #3 which did not apply. Nothing changed on the score card.

Prices for well pet care (vaccinations) is WAY too high. I will pay those prices ONLY because we love Dr. Heinz! She’s goes above and beyond every time.

The communication well very minimal and the directions for after care was just, everything you need is in the bag, read the info... Not what I would expect after an procedure like this.

I felt like I was being sold too. Like my money was more important than what our dog actually needed. I left wondering if I want to come back to you guys. It felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. :(

Everyone was so accommodating to my quirky needs with Carli. I appreciate all they did to help her and keep her clean.

We love Rivertrail!! Dr. Hooley is always so patient and helpful. He answers all of our questions and takes such good care of our dog. The Vet techs and front desk are also always kind and helpful. Thank you!!

River Trails is way above any other vet or kennel. We had a wonderful vet for our former pup, but River Trails is so much more efficient, professional and friendly. The whole complex is so nice and clean looking. Everyone seems very knowledgable. We have been very impressed.

I was appreciative of getting an appointment so quickly since my dog was hurting. I had to wait quite a bit after I arrived for the doctor to see her. I thought the doctor was not friendly with me or my pet and, also, fairly condescending. Although I didn t see the surgeon in person, he was very helpful, good at explaining the surgery and the recovery, and I appreciated his friendly nature. Also, the staff at the visit and the surgery were very friendly and helpful.

Dr Caursoe and all the staff are awesome. We always feel that all their attention is directly on us while we are there. We appreciate the kindness and understanding that is given to us as pet parents. This means so much, we feel that we can ask any question and will get an answer. Thank you so much!

I got rylee right in and the doctor called me after her surgery explaining how everything went. It didn’t feel like a rushed phone call, he took his time and gave me details and suggestions for her recovery. Awesome experience !

We are regulars and like your place. But the Doctor Did a X-ray and needle biopsy and they Weren’t Conclusive from what we heard but the only way to find is to sedate him again and cut a piece Out. Why didn’t you do that the first Time now it double and he has To go thru again we at Lost what to do

My only concern is the cost. Seems to be alittle higher priced than other vets.
