When I picked my dog up from surgery, I feel that I should ve been called back to a room and the printout gone over with me. Instead they just brought her out to me. While I stood in the lobby. The vet had called and told me how the procedure went and said they d go over my dog s pain medicine with me and when she should take it next. When I got my dog back, I had to ask for the pain meds and the printout and they had to go find them. Overall, I love the facility and the vet, I just feel like more should ve been explained by the vet tech post-surgery.

Online scheduling is a disaster. If I hadn t tried online scheduling, everything would be 5/5 as always. You guys rock! Dr. Heinz is the best!

I take my dog in last Saturday for a bath. When I picked her up she still had shampoo in her hair. And her face was not cleaned. She had brown gunk still all around her eyes. Even down towards her nose. Her ears were a bit damp so I know she got a bath but I’m very disappointed in the results. I wanted to call in on Monday to have her get another bath But unfortunately my work schedule doesn’t allow me the time to get a run during the week.

The Groomers are great! I’m completely happy with my Yorkies cut, and the added seasonal bows are a plus! I will definitely be back, and will recommend this groomer to all my friends.

I would never go anywhere else, best service ever, always friendly the Dr. takes as much time as you need, have never felt rushed. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love everything about Rivertrail, if you love your babies like I do they deserve the best , so I highly recommend this awesome facility ??????

Everyone was really great! This was my first time ever grooming any dog. I was unfamiliar with the process and what I might need done. The lady at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and tried to help me but was unable to. For those who aren t familiar or those who are and might want something different a list of options would help instead of having to call the grooming from work.

We appreciate the tour of your facility. We relocated to this part of town and reluctantly need to move to a veterinary service nearer our home,for the sake of our pets. As we ve been with 15th street Vet for years, Dr. Shacklefords recommendation of River Trail eased our worries somewhat. Your staff was very friendly. We look forward to our future visits.
