Dr Hooley is very thorough and cares about our animals. I really like the fact that he doesn t rush me when I have questions or concerns that need to be addressed.

It was so nice to have our animals get their vaccinations and grooming done while being boarded.

Everyone was really great! This was my first time ever grooming any dog. I was unfamiliar with the process and what I might need done. The lady at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and tried to help me but was unable to. For those who aren t familiar or those who are and might want something different a list of options would help instead of having to call the grooming from work.

We appreciate the tour of your facility. We relocated to this part of town and reluctantly need to move to a veterinary service nearer our home,for the sake of our pets. As we ve been with 15th street Vet for years, Dr. Shacklefords recommendation of River Trail eased our worries somewhat. Your staff was very friendly. We look forward to our future visits.

Dr. Monroe was wonderful with my very anxious cat. She was incredibly patient and kind.

Dr. Angela Merideth is the only reason we continue to come there. We have seen her since North 40, then Your Pet Hospital, & now River Trail. The office staff when I call & also when I check in are anywhere from curt to rude. I have had to actually argue about billing questions after the tech & Dr Merideth had told me one thing, but then the gals at the desk thought something different. It s okay to have a misunderstanding, but there is a way to communicate calmly & compassionately with a client. Last time I called to make an appointment, the girl was preoccupied with her surroundings & laughing with someone in the background. She actually hung up so fast she cut me off. The new facility is lovely & clean, but you ve lost something along the way.

Make sure the staff can follow instructions. I told the lady at the front desk I would need my dogs ready at 12 noon, and she did not tell that to the staff in the back. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my dogs, which made me miss a doctors appointment, and now its going to be 3 more weeks befor another appointment is available.

Having had experience with Dr. Roberts Vet care previously, I was not disappointed. Dr Roberts has always answered my questions, treated my dogs with gentleness, and been more than accommodating to me. I am very glad after 8 year to reconnect with a great Vet Clinic and great stafff. Everyone was friendly and on top of their game. Thank you.

Caring and compassionate vet clinic for our little dog. Tawny is like a child to us and we are treated in that very manner!
