When I clicked on the stars nothing happened, but I tried to select 5 for excellent on everything. Thank you! I have gone to Dr. Monroe for years in different facilities where she has worked. The rest of the staff at River Trial is excellent as well, often calling me by name when I enter. I ve always been impressed with Kathryn (or Cathryn?) and although the staff has always provided good service, others are also exhibiting her exemplary customer service characteristics as well.

i ve been seeing Dr. Reiss for a long time...she s SUPER. my eye is still doing okay. the girls who work with me are great too, even tho i sometimes get cranky cause i m old. also, Christine makes me a perty boy. the love and care is amazing here, we don t feel like we re customers --we feel like you guys are family who really are most concerned about us furry babies. I did not get a print out of what shots were given and prices, just a total dollar amount which seemed MUCH higher than last year and they didn t even get a rabies shot (I am assuming because I did not get a print out or new tag).

I have had nothing but the best care from every single staff member. I can t say enough about how much I love this facility!

I really appreciated all the follow up phone calls that were made to me checking on my dog s progress.

Receptionist was argumentative on the phone when I made the appointment when I was just trying to get information and when I tried to explain to her when we came in she seemed irritated. Maybe just a bad day that made her treat me like I was simple because I did not understand her. The first time I have ever thought about changing to a different vet hospital sense I have been with Dr. Reiss even before she moved to River Trail.

Ike has had great experiences the past several visits, and even better as everybody gets to know him. It means a lot to us that you all consistently seek feedback and continue to improve upon existing high standards. Knowing that he enjoys his time with your staff makes it a stress free experience for us to leave him with you! Thanks again!

There are, at least it is my experience, 3 girls at the desk when you come in the door. If you called me I could explain which two were great and one that doesn t seem interested. 918-607-6700

Would like to suggest for those of us who own more than one pet that you offer a multi-pet discount! Or develop some kind of loyalty points program for those of us who have been customers for years now. Any kind of incentive for continuing our pets health care would be a win win situation.

Dr. Roberts is caring and trust his care which is the upmost importance to me other than the facility. I love the staff they are always fun and upbeat! This is what makes your facility and me wanting to stay.....they know my dog is really family

Discounts would be nice if you are leaving 3 or more dogs for more than 5 day.

Dr Roberts is the best Veterinarian in Tulsa.

Another great experience at River Trail. Dr. Caruso was very thorough and informative in diagnosing and treating our dog. We appreciate the care they give our dog.

You all have always been so good to us by helping save Lana and Moxie when they were dehydrated little babies and I loved meeting Dr. Heinz this week and I am glad she will be seeing Cora in the future. Thank you for keeping the waiting area clean and smell-free and always having friendly faces at the front desk.

Dr. Angela Reiss has always taken excellent care of all my pets and is a great friend to me as well! Great job on the teeth cleaning for Max! We love River Trail!
