This was our first time to see Dr. Coplin and I m very impressed with her knowledge and her care for Bessy. She was prompt with calling about Bessy s bloodwork results and plan of action. Thank you for such a wonderful place where we feel confident and safe bringing our beloved pets.

Excellent service

Everything was wonderful but $40 to shave a 2 x2 area on the back of a dog that gets groomed monthly seems a bit excessive of a price when I can pay $70 to get her bathed and groomed.

The staff really seemed to care about my dog when he was very sick. I felt very good about the care he received and would recommend River Trails to anyone that has a furry friend.

Dr. Amy was wonderful with Ms. Kitty and saw her immediately when she got into to trouble. She ordered all the necessary tests and X-ray s and brought Dr. Reiss up to speed on her condition when she finished her shift. Dr. Reiss recommended Ms. Kitty be seen by Ok Vet Specialists, Dr. Henslee, in case ER surgery was required. It is nice to know when my Vet s run into a serious problem that they have the Okla. Vet Spec. to call on for back up support. Dr. Reiss has been our Vet for years and we followed her to River Trail and are very pleased with the facility and both Dr. Copeland and Dr. Reiss. Thank you very much, Miss Kitty and Donna Beville and family.

Price matching! We have an EXPENSIVE breed of dog who frequents Dr Copeland. I was made aware of your price matching one visit by pure chance. Advertising that you price match is a great help. It would be helpful if there were other sites that you might consider matching. Or even providing a written policy on matching.

Our appointment was at the Rivertrail on Memorial. We have been very pleased with all the doctors we have seen there!

The groomer is incredible! I was so happy with the results when I saw my cat. This is the cleanest pet facility I have ever been in. The staff is excellent and the groomer is the best I have ever had.

Dr Smith was amazing! He even called me personally the next day to check on my dog!
