We have loved Riverside from day one, and were excited to have the new location open up closer to our home in Bixby. When we adopted Ike after Meatball s passing (which was handled very well by all at Riverside!), I dropped off paperwork for the new guy ahead of adoption so that all would be smooth. To be clear, what follows is constructive criticism only, and to help our favorite vets continue successfully! My wife booked our new guy, Ike, for a nail trim at Bixby. We thought that we had made it pretty clear that this was a recent adoption and he had not had the best of life up until then... Apparently Ike didn t like getting his nails done and the girls struggled through the procedure. Their frustration spilled over into a conversation with my wife, who wasn t aware or notified that they were having a hard time. We have owned four very large dogs prior to Ike, and have had to have some sedated for nail trims before. Not a big deal. We just didn t know Ike would have a problem with his nails yet as he was now in a new home! I really wish the girls had just come out and let my wife know they were having trouble instead of fighting a non-willing canine participant and then becoming frustrated with her. When it came time to have Ike s nails done again (under sedation, we decided to bring him to Riverside for a fresh start. We understand that staffing a new facility comes with challenges, and we re confident that this review will be processed by senior staff and presented to employees in a caring and constructive manner. Thanks that all you do!

Hi, I tried clicking to set a value, but it didn t work. Everything was excellent. I very much appreciated your staff and clinic. The people were kind, the time waiting not long, the clinic very clean, and the vet and staff very efficient.

Your office was absolutely amazing!!! We will end up using your Jenks location since it s closer to our home but everyone was so nice and helpful in Bixby! We appreciate the amount of time the Dr. took to speak with us and answer all our questions. Even the next day when we had questions, we were able to call in and still get helpful info over the phone. Our Maizy is feeling so much better!

Dr. Monroe and the rest of the staff are always very friendly and seem to genuinely care about my pets, all four of them.

Daisy was there for a play day; I m so glad River Trails is a place I can leave her without concerns for her care. I might add she loves to come there. Thank you.

The boarding process is excellent along with working in the grooming for the day before pick up!

We love rivertrails!! Dr. Hooley is best. He is so kind and compassionate. He really cares about our pets. He has a wealth of knowledge. He always know what us wrong with our dogs.We would never dream of going anywhere else. The staff is also awesome : Erin, Holly, Janet Kathryn. Just love them.

I love Dr. Angela, but I think the prices have gotten too high for my family to continue to do business there. Nice new building, but I was just as happy at the old facility. We have been using Dr. Angela for years. She is THE BEST!

Dr. Monroe was wonderful. She immediately saw Boo and called me back. She kept him overnight for observation. She is so great about calling me quickly and I think the world of her. He is feeling back to normal. 5 STAR all the way.
