Your telephone, reception, scheduling system is horrible. On hold for ever, no one knows who s working where on what day and had instances where I did not get reminder emails for grooming or annual physicals. Now that Dr. Caruso is gone if it wasn t for Christine I d find another vet. Christine is the glue that holds your practice together,

This time was great. Last time it wasn’t. I boarded my dog for 5 days in April. I had requested that my dog be bathed and be seen by our Vet due to her being overweight while being boarded. Neither were done. I saw the person write my requests down. When we picked her up, the response was “sorry”. I then called and asked to speak to a Manager and was told they would have them call me back. No one ever did. I love the groomer Christine and especially Dr. Merideth. This was disappointing.

Dr. Meredith is a spectacular Doctor. My pup was very nervous, first time to River Trails and was pretty comfortable when we left. Dr. Meredith help my boy to calm down and gained his trust. Prescription made a significant difference within 48 Hours , possibility sooner.

The male receptionist was wonderful! Nicest greeting and service from the front end of the hospital we have received in a long time. Dr. Merideth did a GREAT job explaining everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions and concerns. Great visit and love the changes in the reception area.

River Trail VH has been very helpful for my dogs. I am very happy we transferred our pets to your facility.

Our veterinary doctor was absolutely amazing.

It’s getting to expensive and we may have to find a cheaper place.

Please try to fix your system so that bills, lab reports, etc. are automatically emailed to us for our records. If I forget to ask, no email. I wish it happened automatically.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr Caruso and Dr Merideth!!! They are Top Notch Veterinarians, and have been helping me with all my Doggies Medical needs for years now. I would Highly Recommend them to Anyone having a Medical or Surgical Emergency or just a routine check up.

Your clinic smells badly and often when I visit like urine or that horrible odoban is so strong its horrific. I feel extra sorry for the dogs who have even more sensitive noses than we do. Also you really need to do something about the wait time for calls on hold. The only reason I come there is because of my vet.

Our elderly dog struggles to walk, so when I brought her in to get her nails trimmed, I carried her in. The young lady performing the work met me and took my dog in her arms. I was expecting to set her gently down, but instead, I witnessed the sweetest act of kindness. Another lady opened the back room door and off she went; In good hands, only to return shortly, Still airborn and nicely trimmed. I m unsure if her paws ever felt the tile. It was so thoughtful and beyond my expectations. There s service and then there s care. We received both and couldn t be happier.
