I called in 5 minutes before closing on Wednesday and they were able to get me in for Thursday. I dropped off at 7:00 am. I was called before any treatment or testing was done to my dog. I was given the amount of each exam and the choice to get the exam or not. When I picked up my dog the staff went above and beyond to help me get her in the car. I had my baby and my dog wouldn t walk. So the staff carried my dog to the car. They collapsed the kennel so it would fit in my car and put it in my trunk. Amazing customer service.

Thanks for treating my dog without an appointment (walk-in). I very much appreciated it when a different clinic kicked me out for being five minutes late and another one kept putting me on hold over and over again. I had a dog with a broken leg and it was if all the other clinics only cared about their schedule and not about the well-being of the animals needing care. The staff at Crossroads was friendly, professional, and caring, and I will definitely continue to bring my animals there.

I was very pleased with the visit for Gracie. She is a new stray and I got all of her important first visit shots & exam. I forgot to ask the Doctor upon examination what she thought her age is. When I bring her in next time I will ask. I told them one year but I didn’t know for sure. She has been sleeping a lot! Thanks again!
