Call backs should happen when reporting things after surgery. Mine wasn t.

It was my first time there and the doctor didn’t even come into the room only the tech did. All I was told that everything was negative. It would have been nice to meet the doctor and to hear what he had to say on the health exam of my dog. I’m not sure if I will return.

Happy we found a new vet!

Crossroads is wonderful Animal Hospital.

My babies always get excited when we pull into the parking lot of your office. NOT your stereotypical trip to the vet! It tells me that they feel loved in spite of being poked, prodded and sometime needle stuck, and that means a lot to this mama!

Very happy with the service that we got for our female austrailian shepherd Maggie. I can t say enough good things about crossroads. This is our go to vet from now on.

“Dr. C” was curt and rude. He proceeded to do a test on my dogs ears (not the reason I came in at all) without asking my permission or even explaining why he felt that was necessary. I declined x-rays for my dog due to financial reasons, at which time he asked “why are you here? What do you want me to do?” He then walked out not to return and had the tech come back with an estimate. I left feeling confused and frankly shamed by Dr C for not having the budget to do x-rays that day. I love the Crossroads staff but this man was not representative of your business. Very, very disappointed.

When my dog flipped out when the tech tried to take him to the back, she should have stopped immediately. Now I m afraid it will be nothing but a fight from now on to get my dog back in. Instead of stopping, she fought him. Not cool.

I did not have a appointment, but everyone was very kind about taking my kitty anyway. Dr. Cunningham called several times to update me and was very kind each time. Thank you for helping my little girl!

Crossroads is the best! Angelyn, the office manager, was very kind and was accommodating to us!

I like the lady is on the left side that explained what all was done to Bella and answered all my questions I had. A good idea but no privacy I was glad the lobby was empty.

I called on a Saturday for an appointment the same day, nothing available. I was told they take walk-in but it might be a little wait time. I got there about 8:40, had to wait very little time. This was my first time there, staff very pleasant and Doctor was very kind and gentle with my dog. I will be going back.

Yes my son and I were very pleased with our first visit to Crossroads animal hospital with our sweet and precious family member Susie.

In from out of town, had a minor emergency with my dog .Everything went smoothly considering how busy the vet . was!

It took 4 days to receive a call back regarding blood test results, only to be told that blood sample was not sufficient and has to be re-done. Hoping nothing seriously wrong with our pet.

When explaining what was wrong with my pet Dr. Hollie did not make eye contact or seem too concerned. He was talking to me facing out of the room in a different direction. Bed side manner could be improved.

Please inform owners before performing any tests or sedation. Very unethical to continue without their knowledge and/or consent
