I appreciate the friendly and helpful treatment Jack has received. The waiting room was crowded and it made Jack and myself nervous. I need to ask for an appointment time when the lobby isn’t so busy. I do understand emergencies happen, but we need a semi calm time. Thank you

I was very pleased with my visit and felt like the Vet that I spoke with really took her time listening to my concerns and providing answers for me. I was also impressed by the follow-up phone call a few days later.

I called on a Saturday morning... Staff was extremely accommodating...very appreciative.. and I really like the Doc! My Golden is much better..

Everyone there was wonderful. The doctor, the nurses and the office staff were incredible. If I need to go to the vet. This is the place I will go from now on.

Thanks for taking care of Simba. It was just some tests and shots, but now I know the furball is in good health and better protected. I plan on stopping by next month like Dr. Halley recommended for a follow up booster. Thanks again for taking care of my buddy!

Please NEVER put my animal in a box. I called many times to check on the kittens and all someone would have to ask is do you have another carrier, I would have brought one. Also, When provided information on animals I would preferred to speak to the veterinarian to discuss any additional medications especially when it comes to information left for review.

I have a French Bulldog puppy that had a rectal prolapse 1 month ago. I went to my regular vet, Bastrop Vet Hospital, and they stitched her up. 3 weeks later, after her stitches were removed, the prolapse reoccurred. Bastrop Vet was ‘booked’ and too busy to help. I found this shocking, as I’ve been a client for 5 years and this was not just a routine visit. My dogs are seen regularly, I am polite and always pay at time of service. I could not understand how they couldn’t make time in my emergency. I called Crossroads out of desperation and wanting help for my dog. The receptionist told me to come right away and that they would fit me in. I’ve never been seen there, ever prior to this. The surgeon personally came in to discuss the surgery with me, though he was very busy. They were so kind (as I was very emotional) and immediately took my dog back for surgery. She is doing great. I will now take my dogs here and only here! Thank you!

I was advised that for blood work, no appt necessary, just a drop in. However, I waited for at least 45 mins for a technician. I was willing to drop off our pet but was assured it didn t take but a minute. That was not the case. Staff very friendly. Just wished it was an in and out blood draw. I would have been better prepared had I been told otherwise. I offered to leave our pet and come back momentarily but I guess that wasn t an option. I get that there are other scheduled pet appts but again advise clients of the wait time so that we re better prepared. I asked staff several times if there was anything I needed to do. I felt I was being a pest to the staff.

We have been very pleased with the care given our 4 legged friends, we appreciate the coupon very much, they help keep the cost of caring for our friend down. Thank you so much, every one of your staff is very friendly and helpful we will be back soon.
