We will not be using Crossroads going forward. We waited almost an hour past our scheduled time to see the vet and had to call to get our results (normally would not have been an issue, but it reflects the consistent lack of focus). Everything was normal from the test results, yet we were being told to do more testing and our concern wasn t even being listened to.

I appreciate the care given me and my dog

My wait time was over 1 hour & 15 minutes. The price I paid was reduced and I appreciate that, but the wait seemed extreme. Only when I questioned the wait time did the courteous staff lady realize I had been there so long. I guess it was a busy day.

Everyone was great and very helpful. I would highly recommend this vet to everyone ;)

Everyone is helpful and courteous and good at what they do. Vets, Dr Kim and Dr Halley are the best. Ashley, up front, even knows me on sight. Y all are all the best.

Sometimes I feel like that the individuals operating the front desk are not happy to be at work, not happy to have me as a customer. There are no smiles, greetings, I will be with you in a moment, no interaction. I understand working the front desk can be somewhat stressful as they are the 1st to interact with the patients/owners but you still have to show you are there to help and not just being at a job even if it is on a Sat.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at crossroads! I took my dog, Sophie, in due to severe illness. I thought she wasn’t going to make it. They did everything necessary to assist me and help Sophie. As soon as we got home from the vet, Sophie was almost back to her sweet and peppy self again. Thank you so much, crossroads, for helping my baby girl get well, again.

You people are terrific

We were there because my dog had an anal sack issue for the first time. I was told we’d need to bring him in 4-6 weeks to have his glands expressed. This seems a little aggressive considering this was the first time he had a problem. I would have appreciated the doctor explaining how anal gland issues happen, how you can prevent them from happening again, what signs to look for, etc, none of which I got. While this was an urgent issue and the urgent part was handled thoroughly and compassionately as always, more time should have been spent on how we treat this for the rest of our dog’s life.

Thank you for the wonderful care. How can I thank you for making sure Chewie was okay. It s apparent everyone really cares. O wouldn t go anywhere else.

I was a drop-in with no appt. I received the great care I have come to know and appreciate with the Crossroads staff.

This visit was for my furbaby to have his nails cut. I was a walk in. He is an older pet and can be a little snippy at times. I explained to the staff but they were not intimidated at all. They took him back and a few minutes later he emerged happy as could be. Each time i have come to this clinic i have had excellent care.

Always very happy with assistance to us and care of our pets there. Very nice staff.

The doctor did not give me the time I needed. I had to call her back a couple of times to answer a yes or no question. I would like to have ask for more help for Merlin but the doctor acted too busy to talk to me. She walked out very quickly without giving me much information. She acted too busy to give me the time I needed .This was my first visit and first impression. Not good!

Great pet clinic in so many ways. friendly staff, doctor called me every few hours to update me on my kitty s condition. Staff gave through instructions when I took her home, and called the next morn to check on her.
